Annie Banner #3

by T.G. Davis

Annie runs a wedding planning meeting with Steve McGuire, the top money manager in Dallas, and his fiancée, Jill Simon. When Jill and a controversial author are found murdered in an elevator, the focus is on the author who was a recipient of many death threats. Detective Bob Snyder quickly declares this to be an assassination and Jill Simon was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.

When Annie learns of the disappearance of Steve McGuire’s secretary and the audio tapes that reveal illegal activity at Mr. McGuire’s firm, Annie begins to think that Jill Simon was the elevator killer’s target. After she witnesses the kidnapping of one of Jill Simon’s best friends, Annie's family is suddenly in danger.

Was Jill Simon killed to cover up criminal activity at her fiancé’s firm? And can Annie help Detective Bob solve this case and protect the Banner family at the same time?
