The entire book was sex. There was barely a story line.

same as the previous book, but i don't have as much of a problem with the 'tone' thing because i haven't noticed it in this one, good shit.

A Prince and a quest
Book 2

Jonah and Randell and King Caine are getting into a rhythm of life. Jonah has taken demon blood and now has black eyes. King Caine could now give Jonah more, so he stands by the King as a minister, but privately, to the King's joy, Jonah has begun a role play that deeply pleases him.
Prince Thurber is on a quest to become King. Helder has given him his quests. After years of gruelling quests he finds himself at the gates of Darkhelm. Prince Thurber has to find out why Jonah stayed and get an understanding of Jonah's life. Randall is determined to teach the Prince a few lessons, after the Prince shows some dislikes towards their lives. The King wants Prince Thurber to be an ally. So he gets Randell to deal with the Prince. However, Jonah talks the King into allowing him to initiate the Prince.
Much happens and the Prince finds an understanding in Darkhelm and completes his quest. The next is his last and most challenging.
Randall and Jonah with permission from the King give the Prince a gift that will help in his quest.
The 3 of them look in on the Prince during that time. Much happens but they are surprised by the outcome in the end.
The story carries on from Vanquished knight.

So it was just an entire book on sex. Not even good and hot sex. Also I didn't know it at the time but this was the second book out of three. I have no need to want to get the other two books in the series.

Expected better
I'm not sure why, but I just couldn't get into this one. The sex scenes felt rushed while the plot didn't make any sense.

I got a couple of chapters in and I just couldn't get into the book I just felt it was going to be even more sex filled than the first book.
