4.5 Stars! HOT TAMALE...that was a savory tidbit! Actually, this was so much more than I expected, what a delicious surprise!
In the mood for something down and dirty...this is the read for you! It certainly satisfied my inner bad girl! Yes, Lacey is promiscuous, she says as much, and I honestly thought it would be a problem for me, but it wasn't. Why? Because she' s also smart and sassy, and generally a very likeable character, she just happens to enjoy sex...lots of it! Once she hooks up with Mason and Hunter, a relationship of sorts starts to form. Both of them are panty melting hot, sweet, just plain adorable and very generous in so many ways! Pure delicious fantasy wrapped up in male perfection! I also laughed a lot, the author has a great sense of humor, especially the banter between Hunter and Lacey, he talks the dirty talk and she has no problem holding her own, gives it right back, and it made for some entertaining reading. Where Hunter is brash, Mason is a little withdrawn and it takes him a while to warm up, once he does though, things heat up fast!
As much as this was a very sensual, sexual, passionate read, and believe me they are quick to hop in the sack, it wasn't bogged down in sex. There's an emotional story here, which adds to the depth of the characters and the overall plot. For most of the story it's the three of them, but it can't stay that way, because while Lacey is attracted to both Hunter and Mason, her hearts belongs to only one of them. It sure was fun while it lasted, but someone is going to get hurt!
Please tell me that the one who didn't get the girl will get a book of his own...I need this story Aly Martinez!!!!! *fingers crossed*
There's a wonderful epilogue...left me feeling good!
Don't let the beginning of the blurb throw you off, I was hesitant to read it myself, Lacey is of age and it was all good. Count out your pennies and buy this novella, so much packed into 92 pages, it's worth every bit of 99 cents!

This book is everything I DON'T read. Novellas. Slight Love Triangle. But I couldn't say no when I saw threesome. I'm so glad I took a chance and read it, because it's one of the best stories I've read this year and now that I'm done, I want to re-read it all over again. My heart is so freaking happy right now. 3.5 awkward threesome stars
This flowed well and had scorching hot smut but the threesome between two male besties and their gal became awkward once she chose one guy over his bestie. I liked both guys and and felt a bit gutted for the one left out which left a nasty taste in my mouth really. Loved the writing though and will definitely read more from this author.

Well, I read this because it was advertised at the end of Stolen Course as a novella for Hunter. I’m a bit of a Hunter fan, and I really like the way his story developed during Stolen Course, so figured I’d give it a go.
Imagine my surprise when this turned out to be not a continuation of his story, but the story of him and Lacey, and how she broke his heart. And further imagine my surprise when their relationship isn’t really a relationship, but is, in fact, a threesome ‘non-relationship’ with his best friend Mason!!!
Lacey is a bit of a ho, but she owns it, and she finds what she’s looking for in the arms of two men – even though it’s clear she only wants one. There’s a bit of sexy time, but it’s not overdone , and the love story is sweetly developed in the middle of a very tricky situation.
So yeah, not what I was expecting. Not that I'm a prude, or don't enjoy reading a little three-way action every now and then, but the writing felt a little cold and detached compared to the full-length books I have read by this author. But if you’re a Hunter fan, you may want to give it a go.

I'm disappointed there isn't more! I was intrigued when I read the blurb but I didn't think I'd love it as much as I did! Lacey is not your typical romance heroine. She likes sex a lot with random men and especially two men at once. That being said it's hard not to like her. I loved Hunter and Mason both. But I got to a point where Hunter just bothered me. But I want more about all three of them. their dynamic was great together to an extent, but as expected it's hard to have a situation like this one without someone getting hurt. Great read, I hope in the future there is more for these characters.

I didn't know what to expect going in, but what I got was a captivating story that went above and beyond any ideas.
I freaking loved it; ESP bc it's a different tone than what I'm used up, but Aly took it to another level and it rocked.

I loved this book!! I especially loved the main character. Lacey was a fun and exciting leading woman. A lot of times, I get so annoyed by the weak, timid women in books. But Lacey was who she was and was NOT ashamed. And I loved that about her. I loved Hunter's bad behind self and loved him being a little arrogant. He was cocky and self assured but just so lovable that you overlooked it. And Mason's quiet, reserved self was so intriguing.
I also loved the M/M/F triangle. Of course, you know that it's bound to not end well, but it was a fun ride regardless of how it ended. Knowing that it probably wouldn't end up with them being a threesome HEA, it was so hard to root for one versus the other. In the end though, I think that Lacey ended up exactly where she belonged!!!!
Aly Martinez is one of my favorite new authors and I love her writing style. Not to mention, I LOVE the fact that these characters make an appearance in her Wrecked and Ruined series. If you haven't read her other book. What are you waiting for?!? Her second book in the W&R series comes out this month, so get busy.

HOLY TOLEDO BATMAN! I was not expecting that...at all!!! This book was very...um...erm...you know...different. I had no idea it was going to be what it was...I'm very tongue tied and at a loss for words. You'll have to read it yourself to understand. Aly Martinez shocked the daylight out of me with this one. Still love her, she is a fabulous author. Very...um...descriptive. Yeah, you'll see if you read.

Weird. I'm all for the unconventional and for the relationships created from the unconventional. Something here felt off.
The writing? Aly Martinez quality, which is pretty great.
The characters? Developed as well as one can in a novella. And they were likable, although Hunter got a little annoying; however, I think we're supposed to feel that way about him so we root for Mason.

5 sizzlingly hot stars
I had this book for a while now but hadn't gotten around to reading it. I don't normally like love triangles because it usually wrecks me and this one almost did me in. But it was most definitely one of Aly's lighter reads with the usual angst thrown in. Now the characters, Lacey is not your typical heroine, she's honest to a fault, very upfront about her sexuality and preferences and she's frigging hee-larry-us with her inner monologues at the beginning, although that tapers off as you read along. Hunter, holy hot tamales in heaven! This man is HOT, and I mean from the moment he saunters into the bar till the very end. He sizzles, he's sexy as all get out, funny, sweeet, super hot, attentive towards Lacey like there's no other woman on the planet, which I completely loved, very affectionate and passionate. And at times he was a total asshole and kind of insensitive to things around him. But I believe he was never mean about it. And then there was Mason *sigh to the power infinity* Now here is a broody hot man whole will totally make you sweat and make you fantasize about him alll day long. Umm don't know about you but I did totally fantasize about Mase. He's the total opposite of Hunter, reserved, kept his emotions in check, tried to keep his cool and at times came out like he did not care. But boy does this hot tamale care.
I knew from the beginning it was going to be a wrecker and I wasn't sure how I felt about another wrecker but THANKFULLY, Aly Girl spared our hearts, this was funny, honest and totally sweeet story. To be honest, I did get teary at one point, late at night during secret conversations and Lace falling asleep while the man in her life does something incredibly sweeet. GAAAH! That was epic and made me weeepy. Sue me ladies, I am a total sucker for men who who do things that I consider incredibly sweeet. I loved the ending, it was meant to be like this. But but but I want HEA for you know who, so please Aly Girl write another novella for... ... ... Ladies please that was a hint to stop reading and one-click you way to the love triangle that is SAVOR ME.
So for me it was a definitely SAVORY 5!!! Enjoy Aly's slight love triangle.

This is a much different book than what I normally read. I usually don't like novellas due to the often lack of development, but the author was able to wring out enough emotional connection for me to like this book. I expected to strongly dislike the heroine, Lacey, to her bold and brass in your face approach. We see enough emotional depth to her character to like and identify somewhat with her situation, plus you accept she is unapologetically content with her needs and lifestyle. Both guys are immediately likable and none of the threesome scenes ever felt icky, over the top or too much. Hunter (extroverted and fun loving) and Mason (quiet and brooding and really want to know what he's thinking or wants). Although there were times I wanted to smack Hunter for always having to be the center of attention and Mason for not speaking up. I was very shocked at how much Hunter was invested and would love to see a book or novella about him (picking up where he left town).

this book was awesome from start to finish. hot, steaming, mind blowing, I want more stories like this.

I loved this story. I don't usually read about threesomes where they don't all work out, but I loved this. Lacey is a bit much, but she's a woman who knows what she wants. I loved Hudson at first. Until Mason came along. Mason, Mason, Mason. So dreamy. Always liked the quiet guys. Only thing I didn't like was the way Hudson left and you see that he stood for Mason at thier wedding years later, but that's it. Did he forgive them? Did he move back? Did he ever find love with someone else?

4 scorching hot true love stars! Boy this was a sizzling read. I had no idea how it would all play out but whew...my heart was racing during this one. I liked this because it was a complete story. Mason and Hunter were so hot and sweet and kind. No senseless cheating, no crazy ex-girlfriends, just a nice nontraditional love story with scorching hot scenes.

I got the book as part of the Southern Seductions Boxset I was a little hesitant to read because I usually hate love triangles but i am so glad I read it.

Whoah - This is one hot little read from Aly martinez!
These two boys are smoking hot and just get hotter and hotter as the story goes on.
Nothing too in depth and dramatic but a great read none the less.

wow this novella was AMAZING! One of my favorites now. I read it in one sitting and was left wanting MORE afterwards. I was so happy with Lacey choosing Mason! I felt bad for Hunter but I am hoping Aly finally gets her head on straight and writes Hunters HEA ;)

Aly Martinez has rocked my world. AGAIN !! She has always given me awesome stories. Not only was this one excellent but it wasn't her normal book. This one was a novella. Which in my POV is harder to pull off. It's harder to get the characters back stories in good enough for me to be satisfied. And, surprisingly Aly did that for me. I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked this novella. I had complete faith in Aly & she completely delivered it to me!!

I chose to read Savor Me because of Hunter. I met Hunter in Aly other book Stolen Course and I really liked him. I was dying to read about his past. And, in his past he is still loud, outgoing, funny, sexy, hard worker, good worker, strong willed and is not afraid to give up on what he wants & believes in. Then, we have Mason. Mason has been best friends with Hunter forever!! He really is the total opposite of Hunter. He is quiet, shy and not outgoing with new people. He is extremely sexy, hard worker and he is protective over the people he cares about. Which is sexy as hell. There is one thing both Hunter & Mason have 110% in common. That's women!! That's where Lacey enters.
"This won't work out, but I promise I won't leave you, Lace. Ever."
Lacey has a strong personality. Stands up for what she believes in. She's beautiful. The poor girl has been hurt. And, hurt bad. My heart broke when I read her back story. This girl has been hurt by the people closest to her. Lacey owns her own bakery. Her business is thriving. Another thing she's good at. Sex. She refuses to get into a relationship. Another thing she likes a lot. Sex with 2 men. It's Lacey's thing and she isn't ashamed of it either.
While at the bar one night talking/scoping out these 2 guys. In walks in Hunter. Wearing his flannel shirt & cowboy hat. Oh sigh!! Lacey ditches her men & her and Hunter start chatting it up. That is until Lacey's sister comes up to start calling her every name in the book. Hunter grabs Lacey and they head out. They eventually end up at his place and they have mind blowing sex all night long. The next morning Lacey tries to sneak out. Don't shake your heads! We have all done it at one time or another. They are out on a ranch. While trying to find a phone she scared a pregnant horse. Lacey ends up getting yelled at from Mason.
"For the love of God, stop calling me sugar, and no. It's both of you or nothing. Otherwise, it really is a relationship. I'm pretty sure we can all agree we are not interested in any sort of relationship. I'm greedy as hell, and I want both of you...for now."

1. It stays the same. Nothing changes.
2. Somebody gets hurt. While the other 2 live HEA.
3. They all walk away. And, all are miserable.

I really wish this book was longer. That's how much I liked it. It was crazy how these 3 people were basically together every night. Yet, Lacey had a stronger connection with one of them. One of them she told her deepest secrets too. Secrets that she never told anyone. And, he totally let her in as well.
Both guys eventually put 100% themselves out there to her completely. Everybody involved had thgeir feelings out there for the other 2 to see. Aly is in a hard spot. But, at the end I personally think in my opinion. She made the right decision. But, not everyone will feel the same.
"So, this is how you choose to end it, Lace,huh? With a stupid fucking fit of jealousy?"
There was a lot packed into this novella. You will feel all their emotions. Good, bad, sad. Everything!! I felt like even though it's a novella. Aly didn't make you feel like you were missing anything about Lacey, Hunter & Mason.
This is definitely a book you need to pick up. I must admit. This book was my 1st threesome story I've ever read. Aly, you have popped my threesome cherry!! And, you totally rocked it. Better then I think anyone else would have.

Aly Martinez has rocked my world. AGAIN !! She has always given me awesome stories. Not only was this one excellent but it wasn't her normal book. This one was a novella. Which in my POV is harder to pull off. It's harder to get the characters back stories in good enough for me to be satisfied. And, surprisingly Aly did that for me. I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked this novella. I had complete faith in Aly & she completely delivered it to me!!

I chose to read Savor Me because of Hunter. I met Hunter in Aly other book Stolen Course and I really liked him. I was dying to read about his past. And, in his past he is still loud, outgoing, funny, sexy, hard worker, good worker, strong willed and is not afraid to give up on what he wants & believes in. Then, we have Mason. Mason has been best friends with Hunter forever!! He really is the total opposite of Hunter. He is quiet, shy and not outgoing with new people. He is extremely sexy, hard worker and he is protective over the people he cares about. Which is sexy as hell. There is one thing both Hunter & Mason have 110% in common. That's women!! That's where Lacey enters.
"This won't work out, but I promise I won't leave you, Lace. Ever."
Lacey has a strong personality. Stands up for what she believes in. She's beautiful. The poor girl has been hurt. And, hurt bad. My heart broke when I read her back story. This girl has been hurt by the people closest to her. Lacey owns her own bakery. Her business is thriving. Another thing she's good at. Sex. She refuses to get into a relationship. Another thing she likes a lot. Sex with 2 men. It's Lacey's thing and she isn't ashamed of it either.
While at the bar one night talking/scoping out these 2 guys. In walks in Hunter. Wearing his flannel shirt & cowboy hat. Oh sigh!! Lacey ditches her men & her and Hunter start chatting it up. That is until Lacey's sister comes up to start calling her every name in the book. Hunter grabs Lacey and they head out. I got this one from the email signed up
Still relatively new to author I figured this would be a MFM because of the cover and it did work itself to it but it ended with MF HEA.
Personally the self chastise the heroine gives herself for liking to be with boys seemed unnecessary, no need to label what other would call you when thru the book the reader will do it on their own, also it seems she made a choice from the beginning making no struggle to choose it was made the moment she meet this Hero.
I liked the story, wish she would have stayed with both but in the end the Hero she choose was the best for her, but the this fact was very obvious.
