"Stand Forth for American Democracy" is an excellent voting primer for the 2024 presidential election. Modeled after British-born American Revolutionary Thomas Paine's "Common Sense," McNally has written a Clarion Call to the American voter for the November election. This pamphlet is a concise 55-page document that alerts voters to the dangers to our democracy. As Thomas Paine laid out the case for American independence from England, McNaly's work reminds us not to take our freedoms for granted. With the GOP convention taking place this week and the Democratic convention next month, this is a perfect time to read J.C. McNaly's important work.
