Dollar Run

On a run to a dollar store to find supplies for a group of survivors of a zombie apocalypse, Bobby Vogel finds a starving young woman trapped in a home surrounded by the undead. Bobby and Melissa make an escape from their prison to get back to the survivors, but when they return they find disaster has struck and a heart-rending decision must be made.

A solid story of a scavenging run during a zombie apocalypse. I found it easy to read, and the pacing of story was good. However, I didn't find anything remarkable or memorable about the story.

This would have been decent short if not for the editing problems. Names and tenses were confused until I had to re-read some passages to be sure I understood what was happening. I rated it 2 stars because even with the problems there was a solid story line.
