This christian fiction book shows boys how the beginning of a relationship in a loving christian family setting could look like. It gives a good idea what to look for when choosing a wife, and how to become "the right one" for her. A good discussion starter for parents and sons. BUT - from a fiction standpoint - the story wasn't flowing so easy as in the first book.
Short, but great reads on the subject of Courtship and how it could actually work in the dynamics of a Christian family following God’s plan for their children’s lives and when those children come to choosing life mates.
It was very refreshing to read this book and realize that there are people out there who truly make it possible to read people's love stories (this one was fiction) in a God honoring and moral way. Some good questions to ask potential suitors are worked into this book as well.
I read this book when I was 9 years old. It is the sequel to The Courtship of Sara McLean. (http://www.goodreads.com/review/show/...) It is another good book for explaining courtship to children, this time from the young man's point of view.
