Phantom Descent
Nearly two years after the events at the Central Seat, Ketayl continues to be sent out to hunt down the potential locations of necromancers. Most of them being frustrating dead ends.
Upon her return to her office at the TIO, Lockonis immediately sends her and Retanei, her long time Dark Elf friend, to a small transitional town in Neutral Territory, hoping to break the cycle Ketayl has found herself in. Residents in the small town of Waterford have been disappearing and some are starting to blame the local vampire court.
