Summer!! Another cliffhanger?!
Book two felt much more settled in the “how it could be” way. I could picture the pack living together just like this, in the future, after the trials are over. Or, I could, before that CLIFFHANGER!! I look forward to book three where questions will be answered and that final Titus shaped puzzle piece can fall into place. Sinclair is a badass, Bishop is the sweetest puppy love, Ecker is my broken boy, and Titus is (was) a hard nut to crack, but I see him now… I can’t wait to read more of them when book 3 comes out in June.

Is Titus the most reasonable, intelligent and undeniably sexy character of the whole series? That's a yes for me! Not that I don't like the rest of the characters because I really really do. Every single one of them offers a different view and aspect to the story. Sin shines through all of the books! Her growth as a character is really touching considering her origins.
Each book focuses on Sin and one of our boys. This one was about Ecker our charming bad boy, who gets smitten. I really like Ecker. He brings a funny but also badass attitude. Do I like him as much as Titus? Defenitely not but he is still worth my time.
The group has an interesting dynamic and although Titus has yet to bloom into it, I can't wait for him to find his place in that peculiar relationship.
I really love how the story unfolds. There's drama, suspense and smut. What a girl needs more?! And then, there's the found family aspect of the story and how far these characters have come from book 1. I just can't wait to see how this whole chaos will end.
Book 2 ends in a cliffhanger as did book 1. I just can't wait for the finale of it all .
Did I like it? Yes!

This book is mainly bonding and revenge and oh lord do I love it. Sinclair has always had a vicious streak, but being nurtured by 3 (2.5) supportive alphas this becomes a thing of beauty. I loved seeing them grow towards each other, I loved their harshness and viciousness, I started to like Titus a whole lot more. The Echelon is pissing me tf off though, as is the Cyan pack, so book 3 here I come!

The Omega Trials: Part II picks up right where we left off, and thank god because that cliffhanger in part one 😅.
The Cerulean pack dynamic really transforms in book two. Each relationship Sinclair has with her Alphas are growing at their own pace, while simultaneously bringing the pack closer-found family at its finest. Meanwhile The Trials continue, loyalties are tested and the fight for the top is getting intense.
These four characters are multifaceted. They are relatable, unique and flawed, but you can’t help but fall in love with both their strengths and their vulnerabilities (yes even you, Titus).
It wouldn’t be a Summer O’Toole book without a little dash of conflict and romantic tension. There is this burning hot redemption arc building, and I’m not sure I’ll be ready for it in part three. We also can’t forget about that sword crossing exploration 👀. Some of these scenes will forever live rent free in my head.
Summer has an uncanny ability to whisk you away to worlds of passion, suspense and heart-fluttering moments. She has given us this magical opportunity to escape to this deadly place called Cape Aurelia. I cannot wait for their story to wrap up in book three (also because that cliffhanger shook me up good.)

Titus is starting to grow into the relationship too, and personally he’s my fav so I’m so excited for him to fully engulf himself in the pack in Part 3 😩
The trials they have to face as a pack, definitely help solidify their bonds. And the way they were going to turn themselves in for the loyalty test?! 😭😭 please I loved it. There was so much spice, and plot, and everything. Simply everything you need in an omegaverse. No one writes spice like Summer 😮💨🥵

Wow! I had to skim quite a bit because there was just SO.MUCH.SMUT!! But the action parts YEAH BUDDY!! Geez Summer left us on a HECK of a cliffy!! I’m seconds from screaming down my house from the agony of NEEDING TO KNOW!! Who the heck? Why the heck? Where the heck? So many twists and turns, and I cannot get a good grasp of what’s really happening in the society. And now there’s a threat close to Sinclair, and I cannot figure out why. I have an idea of who… geez, the next book cannot release fast enough! If you haven’t started this series, what the heck are you doing with your life!? Really?? Happy reading friends!!

I liked this part so much better than the 1st part!! I think Sinclair was less of a whiny B!%@#
I found that the Cyan pack was so awful and I wanted them to really get what was coming for them!!
I liked her grandmother and the fact that mommy dearest wasn't so dead after all. I think it was great that she was able to get her life back on track! I also thought it was hilarious how alike her and Sinclair were!
I love that we get to see Titus and Sinclair stop hating each other and realize that they feel something good for each other! I loved their character developments!
Looking forward to part 3!

I really enjoyed both book 1 and book 2 in this trilogy it was a great dark omegaverse series and I can’t wait to read book 3. If you want a rather dark and messed up omegaverse trilogy that still manages to have some really sweet moments in its own fucked up way I highly recommend this one. I really enjoyed how this one continued where book 1 left off and I thought it was a fantastic continuation of the series.
The development we see sinclair and her men go through this book was fantastic and I loved how the relationships developed. I can’t wait for that to continue in the next book and thought it was fantastic in this book. O’Toole manages to create very complex characters that aren’t good or bad fully and we see so much change happen in these first two books with more to come in book 3. I thought the development was realistic for these characters and I can’t wait to see how it continues in book 3.

I should have seen that Part II would end in another cliffhanger but somehow I was surprised. And I love being surprised. (It's also why I'm such a huge fan of cliffhanger endings - it keeps me in suspense and anticipating the next release). I really liked getting to know more of the pack dynamics and these characters are so multi-faceted, it really makes reading it enjoyable.

I got to read an ARC of this book, and I will leave an honest review. Where to start?? Well, first of all, this book should've been longer. I need more of this foursome. I love how each relationship between Sinclair and the men made a huge development. This one is even spicier than Part I, and OMG, don't get me started on the spice... Also, I love the small glimpses we got of the change of dynamics between the men, I can't wait to see how the dynamic of the group as a whole changes. I need Part III now, please!

This book picks up where Part One left off on that nerve-ending cliffhanger. Thankfully Summer provides a little recap before Part Two starts so you know what to expect in this book.
The way Sinclair builds her bond with her Alphas in this book has you needing a fan. The smut and dirty talk is on point and those Alphas know how to prove Sinclair is theirs. The way the guys protect Sinclair proves how much they are changing and growing as a pack with the trials. Even Titus is changing his tune with Sinclair in this book and their relationship grows to be more mutual for one another. Of course, with this being book two of three Summer has to leave you with another crazy cliffhanger.

HOLY COW!!! Part two picks ups exactly where book one ends and let me tell you, it starts with a bang and ends with one too! We find out what happened to Sinclair and see the boys step into action to get her back! BUT man, oh man, I was not prepared for anything that happened in this book! We get to see a different side to the Cerulean pack, which was really refreshing! I enjoyed seeing them in a more vulnerable state and how they truly deeply care and feel for one another!
This book was shorter than book one but it was jammed packed with action, tension, and very SPICY scenes! IT is everything I could have asked for!!!Not only do we get all the spice we can imagine, but we also get an amazing plot line that continues to pull you into their world! Our girl Sinclair does bond with another cerulean pack alpha and become mates, two down one more to go! While the third alpha might be a little more difficult to bond with because of his prideful nature, they do start to connect more throughout this book and I have a feeling him being with her in that last scene of the book will really push them to one anther. While two out of the 3 alphas in the pack are her mates, the mate connections are completely different. They both offer different things but the feelings for both are the same, they’re equal in her eyes! I love everything about this series, so go pick up Pt.1 if you haven’t read it and if you have, get ready for Pt.2 because I PROMISE you are not ready for what is to come!
Be advised that this book ends in an even bigger, more shocking cliffhanger than the previous book and will have you in a book hangover afterwards! I CANNOT WAITT FOR Part 3 to come out and will be surviving off Pt. 1 and Pt.2 for the foreseeable future! Thank you Summer for letting me ARC read this wonderful book! I need you to release Part 3 ASAP FOR MY SANITY!

I devoured this book like there was no tomorrow. There are so many good quotes and moments that I was tabbing like a man possessed. This is my Roman Empire, no other book can compete with The Omega Trials and the characters. And the cliffhanger is making me set up another calendar for the third book, and it’s already set up in my 2025 reading list because as soon as the ebook hits my Kindle, I am reading it.
Not to mention that the dedication in this part is literal perfection and had me glued before I even started Chapter 1. The way Summer writes and created these characters is just breathtaking, and I still can’t choose my favorite alpha. Don’t you dare make me because I love every single one and am equally obsessed with Sinclair too. I never thought I’d be an omegaverse girly, but Summer literally converted me, and I am not leaving anytime soon.
Overall, great book, dynamic characters, and HOT AF spice! I couldn’t ask for anything better. Now I need to figure out how to spend the next 4ish months until Part 3 comes out.

3.5 rounded up! That ending had me on edge!!
Plot:
Pretty much the same as the last book: it was present throughout the book, but always in the back seat. It was interesting and it had me asking questions and needing to know how things were going to move forward. That cliffhanger at the end had me immediately running to read the next book.
The spice: in this book, the spice moved from mostly noncon to fully consensual, all between Sinclair and her mate, plus Ecker. That was until we got some emotion from our guy Titus and I felt he was redeemed in my eyes. It was enjoyable but overwhelming.
Characters:
Bishop stayed being a great guy and I liked him more and more with every interaction. His connection with Sinclair deepened and they felt like a real couple, not just a forced bond.
Ecker was cheeky and had a mouth on him. He was a troublemaker and the roughness Sinclair craved. His scenes with her and Bishop were super hot and I couldn't get enough of him.
Titus was still mean, but that's just him. Seeing him try and stay mad, or doubt Sinclair was comical. Knowing deep down he was just jealous and wanted to be part of that bond was sad, but he deserved it. That ending scene made me forgive him because he EARNED it, not because he asked for it.
And Sinclair, she stood on business, was cruel when needed and her bad bitch attitude stayed showing. Her life was finally looking up and the bad guys decided to fuck with it again...but this time she had her alphas and her friends with her.

Thank you ma’am - may I have another God Summer O’Toole is destroying me here with the cliffhanger but she is always great at making it worth it. You absolutely must read part 1 before reading part 2 or you will have no idea what is going on. Again, I remind to check the trigger warnings.
All of the relationship dynamic have jumbled around and where it felt like it was Sinclair versus the Boys in the first book, this book has put Sin & Bishop in a mated relationship and have slow left Ecker join. But Sin is petty and holds a grudge so Titus is being kept outside the group and she is making a point to make sure he knows it too. I love how strong she is after having gone through everything to this point but glad the guys are starting to get on board for her. And the spice with the guys is “💕chef’s kiss - - perfect and hot hot hot” But Sin is starting to see why the guys are all in a pack together as she learns more and more about them.
I will say, that I feel bad for some of the other omegas in the storyline as the Elder Council is horrid but also glad that Sinclair has been able to make a friend as she much needed some female companionship. Can’t wait to see what happens in book 3 as I feel Summer is going to give us the drama, even more dirty talk and wrapping this one up nicely for all of us

I absolutely devoured this book and the main reason being was yes I needed to know what happened next especially after the cliffhanger of book one👏🏼
Yes, feisty Sinclair and her Alphas Bishop, Ecker, and Titus are back and that means our pack are facing more trials thus the stakes are getting higher and higher😅.
With this second instalment I definitely felt things started to get a bit better for pack in comparison to the events of book one. The pack showed a solid front, especially when it comes to Sinclair and this just shows how the bonds between Sinclair and her alphas have grown a lot more from the first book.
Of course that being said Summer has left us with a cliffhanger at the end of the book, but fear not the next book will be the final book in the packs story and our questions will be answered.
I absolutely love this series, it’s dark but we can finally start to see the light at the end of the tunnel for the characters, and I cannot wait to read the final instalment when it is ready for us🫶🏼

She’s no weak Omega, and yet, when she does let her vulnerable side come to play, it’s stunning. I liked how she acknowledged that. When I tell you THAT scene with Ecker, yeah, the one with the shoe (😊🤙 hear me out)… you’re not ready. It’s the hottest thing ever. And THAT one with Bishop, omg, it’s so sweet and soft and everything I adore. Annnnd THAT one with Titus, ohmigod, the tension and longing is delicious. So, yeah, each guy and their respective relationship with Sinclair has its own pace and it’s entertaining to read how they all merge into one, as the Pack Cerulean.
I couldn’t stop reading, I feel like we discovered more about the Echelon & even about the other packs involved. I have a bit of a guess about what could happen next but who knows? You know, normally, book 1s are my least favorite in the series and the latter books end up being my favorite but, in this particular case, I’ll have to disagree with myself. While book one was definitely world building. It did so at a fast pace so I was intrigued from start to finish.
While this book also had a lot going on, it didn’t have the spark it had in book 1. That OR maybe because it’s been a while since I read book 1, book 2 just generally didn’t give me what I wanted or was looking for. Though, I’m positive I’ll be getting that in book 3 and for that reason, I can’t wait!
Bishop is still the best man of the trio but it feels like we get a little more from Ecker in this book. He’s not so bad after all, he is however, still a bit unhinged. But, we do get to empathize a bit with him. And then there’s Titus, I just KNEW his character development was gonna shine in this one. He’s definitely starting to reel me over to his side for sure. Still got a lot to work on but, not so bad after all!
I cannot wait for the final book in the series. That ending had me wanting to turn the page only to realize it was the end!

Summer O’Toole, you did it again—another cliffhanger?! The Omega Trials Part 2 was everything I wanted and more. This book felt like a glimpse into the future, a taste of how the pack could be after the trials… until that ending ripped it all away! The suspense, the emotions, and the slow unraveling of Titus—chef’s kiss.
Speaking of Titus, is he the most reasonable, intelligent, and undeniably sexy of the bunch? Absolutely. But that doesn’t mean I don’t love the others. Bishop is pure golden retriever energy, Ecker is my beautifully broken troublemaker, and Sinclair? She shines. Her growth is incredible, and seeing her finally embrace her found family is so satisfying.
This book was a perfect mix of bonding, revenge, and straight-up chaos. The action had me on edge, the spice was spicing, and the emotional moments? They hit hard. The way these characters are evolving is so well done. I cannot wait for Part 3 to bring it all home because that last plot twist?? I need answers, now.
