I got this book for free, and I added it to my ongoing "self-improvement" collection. This was well-written. It's an easy read, so it's not something you're going to plod through. It doesn't contain any earth-shattering information, unless you're really new to positive thinking, but it is written in a nice, light way, so that it's a good book if you just need a little boost or a light reminder of things that you probably knew, but may have forgotten during a difficult time in your life.
