This book was interesting. The main character, Reagan, isn't super likeable. She's manipulative and vain. Very self centered. All she cares about is going to prom with Justin, the most popular boy in school and on the soccer team. She uses just about everyone she know by pulling on their heartstrings, little floss like strings she can see in everyones hearts. It's an interesting concept, one I haven't seen before.

She starts out by keeping her parents from getting a divorce then moves on to using her friends and ever her sister to work through the social ladder to get to Justin. The whole time Justin's best friend, Levi, is sort of pining for her. A typical YA love triangle, except he end up dating her sister.

The book cleaverly keeps the relationships real, except for the stalker. That was different. Sometimes he doesn't understand why he's stalking her. Most of the relationships she damages aren't easily fixed and the friends don't readily forgive her. Levi even rejects her. It's very true to life in the respect that forgiveness has to be earned.

The writing feels a little sluggish and the dialogue is too grammatically correct for humans, but the read was fun. I finished it in one day.
