Avery Wilson was already accepted into her first choice Ivy League school. She just needed to maintain her grades and get through her senior year of high school.

Avery started to hear rumors that her best friend, Logan had developed feelings towards her and wanted to start a relationship. Intrigued by the idea of having a boyfriend and wanting to enjoy her last year of high school she decided to give it a chance but an obstacle stood in her way by the name of Noah.

Noah was the older brother of her close friend, Stacey and never gave him a second thought until she allowed herself a break for her school work. She was torn between her friendship for Logan and the passion racing through her veins for Noah.

Will Avery be able to survive her senior year, keep her best friend and follow her
dreams?

I like the book but not the cliffhanging ending. I wish the author stated that the book had a cliffhanging and second book. I still would have purchased it but I would not have started to read it until the remaining book(s) were published.

First loves, best friends, you always expect them to be the one, to be it for you. And that's what she always thought, that's what Avery thought was what she was getting for her. Worked up in her books and worked up with college and scholarships, she always thought that she would get together with her best friend, the guy whose been crushing for her in forever.

But who would have thought that another would boy would come along and change everything for her and make her life much more complicated than she would think so.

Things aren't so hard. All you have to do is follow your heart.

I love a good teenage drama romance. And this is packed full! Avery loves Logan and then she likes Noah. (I really liked Noah and rooted for him. I never felt the connection with Logan)

And you have the best friend,Stacey and her boyfriend drama and all of their families and it's just everything you could want in a book and you're left wanting more at the end.

There is suppose to be another book Freshman Year which I hope comes out soon. I need more of my people!! I love them!!!

I really wanted to like this book because it had a good story but all the missing words and editing really ruined it for me. So I would not read another book she wrote for that reason. It gets one star because you have to give something.

I like that it wasn't the predictable best friends who loved each other forever story. Avery could have stuck with what's comfortable... It's easy to love your best friend, and even easier to choose comfort, when the rest of life is so complicated and stressful. Unlike the rest of Avery's life being perfectly mapped out, the road to love is not as easy to navigate. For a girl who is use to making decisions with her head, Avery learns to lead with heart.

Aside from a few word misuse issues (on instead on in, this like that) I did love the overall plot of the story and look forward to book 2.

Ceritanya cheesy banget. Penceritaannya kaku. Novel ini masuk kategori young adult, tapi para tokohnya berbicara dengan bahasa baku. Bukan novel yang buruk. Tapi bukan tipe novel kesukaan saya.
