One by one, famous lawyers are murdered, victims of a killer whose motives remain a mystery. The public is transfixed and the media ablaze with speculation about who is next, who is responsible and why. Caught in the killer’s crosshairs, Benjamin Lohmeier, now a cable news talking head himself, seeks to solve this puzzle, in Final Broadcast, the second in the Final series of riveting legal thrillers.
Don't need to read the first book in this series, what that was about is in this book. Also so many detailed description, everything stars happening about halfway. Story is from old headlines. Many editing errors, like one sentence "Merry Christmas, next sentence "Valentine's Day". Had only $32 dollars, was back on the road without borrowing any cash. Also cell phone in pieces for more than a week, but without changing, it worked.
. Mystery, suspense, unpredictable, surprise. I am loving the characters. The plot, narrative moves right along. Keeps me guessing. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Lawyers dying. No obvious connections. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Lawyers talk on tv shows.
Terry Huebner has done a good job with this second novel in the Legal Thriller series. My comment on the first, Final Exam, was that there was a lot of unnecessary description, etc, which slowed the story. The author has resolved that problem in this book. People connected with an old law case are dying - some accidentally it at first appears, but the main character begins to see a pattern and makes his ideas public. He becomes a target himself and draws the killer away for a showdown. Well written, clever and a satisfying read. Recommended.
