A classic, this book answers over sixty questions commonly hurled at Bible believers concerning the authenticity and accuracy of the King James Bible. In print for over 15 years, and none of the information has ever been refuted.
Its difficult to know what to say about this book. Dr Gipp uses 62 questions and answers to justify why he believes that the King James version of the bible is the only true bible translation.
Some of the answers that he gives are easier to agree with or believe than others.
My personal view is that the KJV/AV is a great translation and not as difficult to read as many people think. I think that in 50 years the KJV will still be around and our current modern translations are likely to of been replaced.
Has this book convinced me that the KJV/AV is the only valid translation of the bible, well thats a big statement and I'm not totally convinced.
I like the Q&A format of the book, it makes it an easy read. Gipp makes some compelling arguments in the book, though many chapters lack any kind of factual basis. Gipp’s style is brash and sometimes comes across presumptuous which can be a turn off.
