Author H.J. Chammas, founder and CEO of the Employee Millionaire, has gained success by investing in rental properties throughout Asia, Dubai and Europe. His passion – coaching his readers on how to achieve financial freedom and become millionaires with real estate investing.
In this very brief and accessible little book Chammas offers solid steps for passive income that are so reasonable they seem applicable to everyone who works as an employee at present and dreams of not having to. He encourages us to consider four stages – Where am I now?, Why am I there?, Where do I want to be?, and How do I get there? Passive income such as single-family real estate investing is one of the strong topics of this valuable book, and Chammas leads the reader through the process with support and with ease. Phrase such as ‘Net worth is the sum of a person’s total assets, including cash, less the sum of a person’s total liabilities’ and ‘Cash flow is the sum of total income minus total expenses.’ Simple? Yes, but that sort of direct writing assures the reader that the book is meant to be used. The book may be brief but it is heady!

No fluff guide using sound investing principles...
Understanding the dynamics of the residential real estate investment marketplace and acting in opposition to the rest of the market, you can often make more money, as long as you stick to the real estate investing fundamentals.
Real estate investing, whether you're buying residential or commercial property, is not a get-rich-quick scenario. You can make some fast cash flipping houses, if that's your thing, but that is a full time business activity, not a passive, long term investment. The word "investment" implies that you are committed to the activity for the long haul. Often, that's just what it takes to make money in real estate.

The 4 stages of building wealth provides a good overview of basic financial principals and defines several areas that you should be measuring or focusing on. The author sprinkles in useful tidbits of information both from his mentor and general observation. Towards the mid to late portion of the book he briefly touches on a couple of options and encourages you to explore more and to just get started. Overall it was a quick read that I got several useful highlights out of. I thought the style of writing was pleasant and easy to follow as well. The book was free (which is great) but for that includes a couple plugs for his other resources. If I end up pursuing any of those other routes I would be happy to check out his other written works.

There is no question that by reading this book you will be offered to buy from the Autor. It Was free so I'm ok with that. From the book it self, it's very good in term of practical stuff that you need to start aplying to your every day life. There isn't much of maybe and ifs it's there do it or dont do it just don't guess. The book is fluid and it's easy to read. My advice read, Re read, takes notes and start taking action
