I absolutely LOVED this book! The world we're introduced to is so rich and captivating! It's so interesting to meet the Tribes of Division 5 and how diverse each one is with their abilities (though we need more lore on the elusive Winterlances, so maybe some of that in Book 2?) I fell in love with our main duo, each with their own motives for forging their unlikely partnership. I rooted for them every step of the way, as they combatted everything from the deadly native creatures to agents from the opposing faction. I love how no matter what happens, they fell deeper and deeper for each other! IF YOU LOVE SCIENCE FICTION AND THE HORRORS OF EXPERIMENTATION AND VIRUSES AND IF YOU LOVE A WELL-WRITTEN SLOW BURN ROMANCE, then save yourself the trouble of searching further because HERE IS YOUR BOOK!
