I recently read "Manifestation through GARBHA SANSKAR" by Sonal Jain Jayaswal, and it is undoubtedly the best book I've encountered so far. Although I had read another book on a similar topic before, this one felt profoundly natural and divine. The blurb itself resonated deeply with the author's spiritual thoughts and ideology.

Being in a medical field, I am fascinated with Garbha Sanskar concept. I have attended few classes related and was in search of a book. I got hands on this book and I can say that so far it is the best I have come across. Most of us know the concept of Garbha Sanskar so I won’t go into that details but I will discuss here highlights of the book. The book started with Shakuntala’s story. Author then discussed sixteen Sanskars. It started before birth, when planning for conception to the age of five. Many of us thinks it’s only during gestation but it’s not entirely correct. With has discussed each stage in well detailed manner with examples, stories, personal experiences and exercises and practical points that one can easily follow. Author has also included Mantra for spiritual development, food consultation for positive life force energy that too trimester or month wise. All the instructions are given step wise in easily understandable manner. Author has given references also that shows she has done ample amount of research before penning this book down. Overall quite informative book. A must read for all who wants to learn and follow about the concept and of course newly becoming parents. Good one. Recommend!
