The grieving father has given them a choice. Either they give him the murderer's name, which they can't do, or steal an ancient gem-encrusted ivory box from an enemy. They have three more days. If they don’t pull off the heist and hand over the box, they’ll be at war with a crime syndicate they want nothing to do with.

Wow! I can honestly say I loved this book! I don’t think I’ve ever read a story quite like this before! The genre blending and bending was crazy and VERY unexpected. This book had twists and turns, spice, spice and more spice. Zoey was my favorite type of FMC. A badass but still human. She had feelings and wasn’t afraid to show/speak them, but she also wasn’t afraid to kick ass and take names. A thief by blood and ready to take the next steps in her “career” she has to contact Ray, an old…. Acquaintance if you will. Along meeting Jack and Wiz (who is my FAVORITE!!!) The heist they have to preform together was incredible. The set up. The hydra. Everything about that scene was truly amazing and I re read it twice. The love triangly situation was so frustrating at times because I couldn’t tell who I liked more 😭😭😂😂 but I love love love the way this ended and I really need the other two (spoiler free remember 😉) to have books now!!

I usually don't read book blurbs to avoid spoilers... and, well, this story surprised me in many, many ways! 😏
It got my attention immediately and held me captive all the way.
Lots of unexpected twists, adventures, intrigues. The story is packed with action, not giving you a single chance to feel bored.
I truly enjoyed this book and didn't want to put it down. ☺️

Captivating Reading!
“The Thief” is a dark and edgy novel. Compelling plot and interesting characters. I would have liked to see a little more character development but the dialogue was good.

I really liked this book overall, I liked the different plot twists and unexpected turns. I give this 3 stars, there were misspellings and wrong name used and that stick with me as a published book. I did enjoy though overall...maybe new ARC's in the future.

I could not put this book down, wow! I loved the writing style, the twists and turns, and the intensity. Great character development, great plot, fun book.
