This is the same book as The Complete Home Guide to Canning and Preserving . It's an excellent book for beginning home canners. Lots of recipes and information.

This book has lots of helpful tips and ideas for preserving what we grow in our backyard. It is a good addition to my library but I will need more to really feel comfortable with canning. I received this book through Goodreads Giveaways.

Fairly basic recipes, with fairly basic guidance on canning. If you haven't canned anything before, you probably want something that has instructions that cover more of the steps. If you have, though, this is a nice collection of basic recipes.
