The world is facing the most profound, multi-dimensional crisis in human history. Civilisation as we know it is being threatened by a mechanistic and materialist world view that is distorting our values, beliefs, attitudes and behaviour while simultaneously degrading the planet's ecological systems that give us our life support. Nowhere is this demonstrated more than in the virulent form of predatory, neo-liberal capitalism, which, in its institutionalised greed has reduced humanity and the earth to the service of its own immoral, unethical and criminal purposes. The world is also in the midst of a quantum, paradigm shift expressed through the emergence of an ecological world view whose earth centred focus has the potential of guiding humanity towards survival and a sustainable future. The choice is ours - survival or ultimate extinction.
