Transhuman/Posthuman

Rate this book
When an alien travels to earth to warn of a coming apocalypse, it is captured and interrogated by the U.S. Army.

In time, the "enlightened" alien proves to be just as overbearing and intolerant as its captors.

Transhuman/Posthuman is an LGBT short story that explores our preconceived notions of gender by constructing a hypothetical world in which gender does not exist.

Moreover, Transhuman/Posthuman pits the ideals of transhuman and posthuman beliefs against the doctrine of existential nihilism. The short story questions whether or not we, as a species, can ever truly change for the better.

Rad book that dives into the core of what "gender" means and it's influence on everyday discussions. Super thought provoking, great for a quick read.
