She was free. Now, persecution haunts her every step. News of her supernatural ancestry stirs up more than unkind words and suspicious glances. Before long, Tiff begins to worry about her safety. Will her mother be able to protect her? Are they both in danger simply because Tiff exists? As the persecution worsens, Tiff must decide which half of herself to embrace and which half to cast off forever.
