Not sure if I truly understood the message of this book. The round up of important points at the end helped to summarise but throughout the book there were points where I switched off due to all the different view points being explained. Picked up some useful information.
I opted for an audiobook for this but overall I just felt like the format was a bit all over the place. It didn’t really flow and I didn’t learn anything I didn’t already know. That being said I appreciate James’ overall approach to eating well and I didn’t find that he was being pushy which was refreshing.
James is a breath of fresh air in a world of nutrition increasingly led by whoever shouts the loudest. James is down to earth and science based but has also worked in the real world with patients which gives him a unique perspective.
