I cook meals for a large family and I am trying to get them to eat healthier. I got this book because it seemed to be the best of both those worlds. These are recipes that will please a variety of people. Each recipe is well explained and has clear directions. There is nutritional information at the end and a skill level written at the top of each recipe.
This is a good healthy easy to make cookbook,the recipes in this cook book are so easy to make and don’t require a lot of stuff that you don’t t already have in your kitchen. This is a great to to help you get your meal prep going very easy to recipes. My favorite is the smoothies they are so good I recommend this book to anyone that wants to eat healthier.
