Insightful!

I first heard Teryn on a podcast that caught my attention. We have family members who have started down that painful road of dementia to Alzheimer’s to death. Teryn’s strategies will be encouraging for some and a wake up call for others. We have put many of her insights into practice. I hope you will too.

Inspiring

This book is a work of art for anyone whom seeks to improve their health. T. Clark is a master of explaining complicated subjects. I am a family nurse practitioner a would recommend this book to my patients. A highly recommended read for everyone!
