We were introduced to Kaliyah and Hez in Traumatized by a Scorpio. Kaliyah is a single mom and a radio personality. Hez is A King Pin or in other terms…that 🥷🏾. And look it’s just something about a man that exudes BDE that would have me down bad. The way that man was spending money in this economy….sign me up for whatever he’s offering. Kaliyah worked my nerves. Cause ma’am just let this man love you and stop giving him the run around. But sis eventually came to her senses. And I love that for her. I do get her hesitation due to Hez “occupation” and her raggedy daddy. But baby girl you grown. Eff yo daddy. lol.
Hez stood on business when it came to Kaliyah and her daughter. That man came in and said I’m changing you and baby girls names. 😍😍.

Baby Hezekiah was Kelaya’s number one fan and even though she did her best to fight him at every twist and turn, he was not letting up off of her. What began as a fling or friends with benefits if you will turned into something deeper for them both.
In an effort to protect her feelings, Laya moved recklessly and made their situation much worse than it should have been. She efforts were in vain and she made foolish decision after foolish decision. Laya worked my nerves and I wanted to strangle her on more than one occasion.
The highlight of the story was Hunter! She absolutely stole the show. And the relationship that she developed with Hezekiah and Zach was so heartwarming! I was shocked that Laya’s daddy kicked up all that dust for it to end the way it did! Now sir?!! 🤔🤨
Some of the drama created in the story was pointless and overcrowded the rest of the book but overall I enjoyed how everything played out. This was my second book by Morgan and I really enjoy her writing style. I look forward to what’s next from her.

Big Hef and not the little one!
Morgan has a way of writing where you really never know how the story is going to go, and this was one of those. I love getting follow-ups on characters in other books. Seeing how Kelaya's story played out of Traumatized by a Scorpio was so exciting.
I love an MMC that falls first and stands on big business. Hef was not letting up on Kelaya. Hef weaved his way into Kelaya heart and never let go. That man said I'm gonna make it hard for the next, and that's exactly what he did.
Kelaya stressed me out at the beginning of the book. Some of her decision-making was questionable, but I get it. Keon had my girl believing she was the bad guy instead of a young girl who made a mistake. I'm thankful she finally got it together.

I tried I really did, I got to chapter 13 and had to stop. The author has a phenomenal writing style and weaves together good stories. My issue was the stupidity, I can’t get with books where the characters are not teenagers but act like it. Key was doing bird stuff for no good reason like AT ALL. She basically shook up her life and her child’s life for the sake of her own ego. I hateeeee the miscommunication trope and this went beyond that. Everyone here is supposed to be grown so the fact she ducking and dodging her family cus she’s pregnant like SHE DONT PAY HER OWN BILLS AND BE ON AIR CHATTING ABOUT FREAKY SH*T. Like girl STAND UP DANG. Then you go to tell the man you been bussin it wide and spreading it low for you pregnant and just have sex? Like she was so hot and cold and confused that I just couldn’t take it. Like you talking bad about Dino being full of drama Yet YOU MOVING SLOPPY AND MAKING A MESS OF YOUR LIFE cus you scared of love. Like girl please. Sorry this book was unbearable for me. Too many tropes that make me grind my back teeth. Hopefully we get another book that I can rock with cus this one was not it

My MAN, my MAN, MY MAN!!!!! Hezekiah!!!! How you tell the woman you been smashing you love her and she moves away following your confession. Y’all Kelaya almost made me wanna tussle with her because MA’AM why is you doing my man like this. This man was applying ALLLLLLLL the pressure. He was paying her bills and she ain’t even know it, the man bought her a house and wasn’t even seeing her or getting none. WHERE they do that at? Where!!!! He fell and I mean hard. I was pissed with Kelaya for a good amount of the story. But once certain things started coming to light, I understood her reasoning. She got a FB for a BD, her daddy the opps, baby girl is struggling to adjust due to the move, she finds out she’s pregnant. Sis was going through it. The worst part is having the trash ssa family she had. Her sister was sis until she wasn’t cause she played in Laya face, her momma was weak, and like I said her daddy was the opps &&& he had NO respect for her and treated her like crap. I loved how Hezekiah loved her and didn’t let up off her. The man was determined even when shyt started to get touch and go as far as with his freedom. Please know that even despite him having to go away for a short period of time, he still handled business and made sure his girls wanted for nothing. Y’all I really loved him as a character. Morgan wrote tf outta these 2 and it was so worth it. Let’s not leave out Hezekiah B.A. momma and uncle, bayyybeee with that kinda love who needs hate. It was the sneakiness, the hatred, and the down right trifling ways of his family that blew me. Thank God for his brother and baby I pray there will be a story about his brother and it touches on they stank face cum bucket ssa momma cause baby I need Karma to spin the block on her THEE most. To see Kelaya & Hezekiah build their own little family with the people who cared and mattered the most to them and to have their support was beautiful. Y’all go read this because I promise you won’t be disappointed. Just know some of the characters gon make you wanna throw hands. My girl you don’t disappoint, I’m proud of you. Great job Miss MaMas.

Let me tell you….
Girlllll….this book was good. I was supposed to be in a team meeting and I was reading. Had to get notes from my coworker after. Lol The way Kalaya should if been screaming my man my man my man from the first chapter alone. She irritated my soul in the beginning. I wanted to go through book just to shake her. Now Hezakiah👀 where do I find one of those. Someone point me in that direction. Go ahead and read the book!!! I love this authors work. Never a disappointment 🔥

So Morgan creates these characters that you can’t help but to love. My favorite character was Hunter, she’s a 5 year old little beauty who is keeping everyone on their toes. Hezakiah omg he wanted him some Keyala and didn’t care about anything or anybody! I loved it!😍

My only fan
I enjoyed the concept. It’s always interesting to see people’s unique careers. Laya and Hez had a lot of chemistry 🧪. I enjoyed their scenes. Lil Hunter had a lot of issues. It took me awhile to to figure out why they were forbidden 🚫 but once I did I was more intrigued.

I really enjoyed this one. A forbidden romance and age difference was perfect for 2 people to fall in love. Hezekiah was all about Kelaya and I loved every part of it. Be kept his word and provided for his family in all the ways. The way he supported Kelaya’a business has me swooning and don’t even get me started on his nickname for her 💜💜

I'm more if that cover is beautiful or I love this author and/or a book bud highly recommend this book kinda of reader. So with that, I had in mind what to expect. Babe Morgan has a new fan. This was spicy sweet with just enough drama to keep me entertained.

this book was ok. I kept losing interest because the fmc was insufferable. she made the worse decisions. I could not figure out why Hezekiah was so taken by her. her father tried it and FAFO'd. I didn't expect his character to develop like that
