When you go viral, what do you do?

Everything was closing in on Denny.

Her focus should have been on healing and adapting to a life away from her ex-boyfriend. What she wasn't expecting was an explosive moment with her ex to hit the internet. All she could do was ride out the storm. Part of her (... okay, it's the horny part) wanted to ride it out with, on top of, and underneath Hugh. But, after he shared his past life with her, she's conflicted.

Hugh's past and present were colliding.

All he'd ever had was work and his Grams... but, now, he had Denny. He was going to give her all of him until he couldn't tell where his body stopped and hers started. He'd made a promise to give her everything, and it was a promise he intended to keep. But the cord tethering Hugh to his new life was beginning to fray, and the worlds that he'd worked to separate were beginning to merge.

Through the chaos, one thing seemed Denise and Hugh were Insatiable.

Ayla writes fun, hilarious, and raw characters. Denny was so relatable, and Hugh was... woo! Beautiful conclusion to this sweet and spicy series!

Warning - This book is going to make you want a Hugh of your own!

Insatiable is an understatement! Hugh had Denise (and me) climbing the walls, losing her mind, and connecting with the ancestors this entire book. But my absolute favorite part of this book were all the poetic descriptions of their feelings. Ayla is such a talented storyteller. I ate this book up!

I expected more and received less. The story line was pretty repetitive. Majority of the book is straight sex and that fine however the story line was dry and wasn’t holding my attention like the previous books in this series. I’ll give it a 2.5. Cleo and Lacian seemed to be more interesting than the main characters of this story.

thank you for creating a true morally grey character

Hugh’s character was done beautifully. He has a dark past that is relatable to many men in a similar background and situation. But as an adult he was respected and not because of fear. He had friends. He loved and doted on his woman.

Book three broke down the emotional aftermath of the trauma of book two. Cleo and Denise handled so much together and they stuck together like white on rice. I need a friend like Cleo, everybody should have a friend like Cleo. Denise learned how to be a partner with Hugh and when she had to call on his dark side she knew how to be there for him afterwards.

This book was an emotional and sexy rollercoaster. <3

Sadly, I was kind of over Denise towards the middle of this book. She's just so stubborn and infuriating. This man just wants to shower you with love and good dick and you just want to fight every step of the way. I wish we had seen her seek out therapy to help with her obvious daddy issues.

With that said, reading is subjective and I'm a Virgo so I am over analytical and supercritical which is not always fair.

I have enjoyed seeing Denise and Hugh grow, I am very interested in what's going on with Cleo. I feel like this story had a lot of emotion combined with lots and lots of really good spice.

The third installment in Just a Taste, Denise & Hugh’s story! Not only is it a wonderfully spicy romance, it’s fluffy and charming with lots of feel-good moments. The love was infectious and relatable. Denise is the type of character I feel so many women can relate to, and the way Hugh supports and respects her is addicting. There are a lot of moments where the characters feel so real and tangible, like they could be sitting in front of you talking plainly— something I absolutely love about Ayla’s writing. She has a great ability to fully envelop you in the moment, whether that’s when Denise rebuilds her book nook, or when she is getting a very extra special baker’s dozen….

It’s also got a great commentary on how some people hop on to false narratives in viral videos, the hate and violence that can come from it, etc. I feel like it’s super important to mention given the climate of society and how quickly people can dogpile onto something without a second thought, some people sending hateful comments or even threats when they have no way of knowing that their initial information is true. I just loved the thought bubble it started for me, and the implications of the conversations it can start for other readers too!

naughty isn’t even the right word

Love how the story unfolded and Denny got everything that was rightfully hers. Can’t wait to read about Cleo’s story…

Can you say, whoa!

The relationship that has been built between these two characters was everything! I was happy to finally see Denise and Hugh get on the good foot with this relationship because that man, that man, that man! He was not playing at all about this woman.

You lose yourself in their story and really just get lost in this mans words to this woman and hers to him like where are they, where are the people in the real world that matches these descriptions. Could Denise have been more accepting of the inevitable with Hugh, yes she could have. She could have came to her senses sooner and realized this man was made for her and she needed and deserved him in her life, but we all have a cross to bear and a road to travel and she got there, finally!

I love how the author built it up those. Only offering bits in Tempted, then in Addicted showed us just enough to entice us into reading Insatiable! And I was glad to oblige! Was there a lot of spice, yes, yes there was! But was there also a sweet love story surrounding all that spice? Yes, yes there way.

Ms. Cox, I am hoping to see more stories come from the side characters in this series because im stuck in and a fan for life!
