FINAL VOLUME.
Never really got on with this series..at least compared to the same creators FAIRY TAIL which was one of the first Manga I ever read.

Everything that made this manga initially good was all for nothing.
I hate that everything bad that happened to each character—the very reason they became the characters that they are and how they got their strengths (defined by their traumas)—was being treated like edgy for the sake of edgy to combat the critique Mashima got in Fairy Tail's ending (lack of commitment to a main character death). Erasing their tragic backstories to give them a happy story was stupid. Mashima didn't have the guts to commit to giving his characters a proper story, and he proved that.
At the start of the story, I was really excited to see Mashima dare challenge the critiques but he fell back to his cheesy "for my friends" formula. Shiki became annoying. He started off as a charming boy who just wants to have as many friends as he can but to just ask the villains he beat (who mind you are criminals that did awful things to his friends, innocent people, and even himself) is beyond mind-numbing. Have some proper character morals for god's sake.
The ending is predictable, uninteresting, undeserved, and so sudden. Also, what's the point of creating incredible backstories for supporting characters, when all they are ever useful for in the end is a member of a marry-sue war?

Pues tengo mucho que decir…
Primero yo estuve ahí en el primer capítulo. Lo dejé de seguir porque seguirlo semanalmente perdía el interés porque el manga tenía sus momentos de pérdida de ritmo o ritmo acelerado y aumento de fanservice por ejemplo para mí los arcos que menos me interesaban eran: Foresta y Cosmos Aoi, Nero y parte del universo Zero. Fue cuando descubrí que prefería leer los tomos ya terminados. Porque Edens Zero se disfruta cuando lees por tomos
Que expectativa mía no se cumplió o cumplieron: el largo de la historia. Es que Hiro Mashima había dicho que sería más largo que Rave y más corto que Fairy Tail. Yo estimé, que la serie en general llegaría al rededor de 390 capítulos a 490 como un estimado mío, pero es más corto que Rave Master. El capítulo final no se siente como una despedida…el de Fairy Tail me parece mejor y me genero más sentimientos encontrados. Yo que el manga no le estaba yendo bien en ventas desde el arco de Foresta. Recuerdo que el autor en vez de atender a las críticas, presumía de jugar videojuegos lo que yo considero que fue una de las razones de porque muchos sentían que el manga bajaba frecuentemente de intensidad o que no retenía público. Lo cual yo lo vi como algo negativo 👎🏻 pero no puedo decirle al autor… queridoo Mangaka “tú manga principal está perdiendo ventas y en vez de motivar a los fanáticos en las entrevistas ocupabas las entrevistas para hablarnos de videojuegos ¿Querías irte de vacaciones para jugar videojuegos o que?”
En mi opinión uno de los problemas del autor es que le da un nivel exagerado a los villanos de poder para que lo derroten en un solo capítulo. Yo noté que cuando leí el manga de Fairy Tail las batallas de Fairy Tail de los primeros 175 capítulos fueron mejores en el anime gracias a que los del anime si le pusieron cabeza por ejemplo: el mini enfrentamiento de Erza y Laxus en el anime cuando (no recuerdo cómo se llama el arco; es Fantasía o cuando conocen a Juvia y a Gajeel uno de esos ) Erza parecía que le podía ganar y lo estaba haciendo bien : Erza sacando sus armaduras sin necesitar el encantamiento de la señorita Wendy Marvel hasta que llega Natsu. En el manga Erza solo se cambia de armadura, llega Natsu y le dice okey bye, que aburrido pelear contra el hijo del maestro no es que todos estuvieran interesados en los actuales mujer y hombre mas fuerte del gremio a quien le importa “sarcasmo” Al autor le da pereza. La mejor batalla de los grandes juegos mágico Erza vs Los Cien fue gracias al anime porque en el manga fue lo mismo Erza con un panel épico detrás con una ropa de karateka mientras que los del anime se rompieron la cabeza poniéndole todas las armaduras que existen a Erza para madrearse a los cien.
Ahora todo lo demás que tengo que decir de Edéns Zero me lo reservo para un videito que quizás que quiera hacer. Yo soy feliz con los trescientos que me siguen porque a veces imagino que si hablo de esto atraería gente. Ahoraa que quiera que me pase esa bronca que pasan los tiktokers YouTubers streamers Que gente de la nada busque todo tu pasado para cagarte. Imagina que te va bien y que una loca o loco obsesionado contigo te descubra un tweet del 2017 y quiera por envidia hacerlo viral y destruir tu carrera. Yo pienso que eso en un futuro ya no ha de pasar porque que cliché.

So I have mixed feelings about Edens Zero, I do like it more then I dislike it as I do like that their is an actual goal which does help make this series better then Fairy Tail but I feel it does repeat some of Fairy Tails mistakes like taking the villain that was built up and replace them with a different villain that we just met and it feels the need to overcomplicate some backstories. I do like their was a point to going back in time in this case to redeem most the villains who were redeemable and they do show up granted I wish they played a bigger role like in this case it would have been more fitting if they participated in the final battle with Void and then help pull Shiki back after dealing with the Chronophage. I do like they did explain the Chronophage and not just forget about them and I do like the attempt at connecting them with Rebecca but I feel it still left a lot of questions unanswered in instance how did she get to the far future. Still not a bad series with a lot of positives, great powers, great fights, some interesting villains, and a diverse cast with a lot of unique powers and personalities with a decent amount of World Building. Its flaws are some overcomplicated backstories and some poorly explained details.

4/5 Yay I managed to finish this series before the end of the year. As a series I would give it a solid 4. I enjoyed my time here. I love Mashima’s art, characters, and humor. As an ending I’d say probably a 3/5. It was ok I didn’t hate it. I prefer a happy ending but this last arc kind of erased all of the negative things that happened along the way. Most baddies turned good most deadies conveniently came back in the new universe. So yeah I didn’t like those things but I don’t regret the adventure at all and Mashima is still one of my all time favorites.

Ayyy, yo disfrute muchisimo este manga al principio se me hacia una historia super interesante, pero mientras mas ibamos avanzando sentia que TOOOODOS los arcos fueron iguales, y luego metieron todo lo del salto del tiempo y los universos y me perdi , la verdad lo retome porque ya solo me faltaban 50 capitulos y nimodo de quedarme con la intriga
la pelea final estuvo super mid, los 1839293 plot twist me confundieron muchisimo y bueno, esperaba mas de esta gran historia :(
Y EL FINAL??? UGH NI ESO PUDIERON DARME BIEN

Pour ce tome final de la série on a enfin le dénouement de pas mal d'intrigue avec une bataille finale plutôt sympa, de nombreuses révélations, des rebondissements, de l'action... Bref un tome avec du ryhtme et qui offre une conclusion sympathique pour une série que j'ai beaucoup aimé avec des persos plutôt géniaux qui vont me manquer.

So Edens Zero comes to its end, i shall miss these characters Shki was a great protagonist, and Rebecca had a great story arc throughout. Truly Hiro Mashima is truly a great storyteller. Throughout there has been aome great drawings, some amazing battles and of course some beautiful fanservice. Thank you Hiro for taking a risk in making Edens Zero and making it a sci-fi epic.

Love the cover! I don't love that it's the ending of Eden's though. Compared to Fairy Tail it comes in a strong 2nd place. It's hard for me to like it more. But with that being said I'm happy with the ending this series had. For me I felt closure. No lingering lose ends that didn't get closed. The plot twist Rebecca gutted me and did in fact cry. Who knew all this time?! I actually loved her and Shiki even more after all that. Definitely love the series and may be biased because I'm just partial to any of Hiro's work. 10/10 recommend!
