Trapped: Where Dreams Take Us

Rate this book
The final part of the Under Northern Skies series by Mila Olsen Lou & Bren—An Unconditional Love Against the World

Bren is gone, and nothing is the same for me. I am public property and the focus of the media. Painstakingly, I struggle to put the fragments of last summer together. What was actually real about my love for Bren?
As I begin to finally let go of him, something happens that turns my world upside down again. I finally have to tell Bren what I know about his past, but in doing so, I set off a terrible chain of reactions. Suddenly, I become part of his story, and this time there seems to be no escape…

Between Sky and Wind and Where Dreams Take Us together form the sequel to the Amazon bestseller Until You Love Me.

Until the Darkest Night is a standalone and can be read on its own.

Mila Olsen is a pseudonym for German author Uta Maier.

Born in the 70s, Mila Olsen is a child of crises, changes and upheavals. Wooden clogs, punk and anti-nuclear movement included Disco Wave, New Age and "We Children from Zoo Station". At the age of 12 she wanted to become a writer, but this dream came true much later.

Today she writes stories about love and life. Because of her education and her interest in psychological phenomena, her novels often revolve around borderline experiences.

You know what I’m going to give this one a solid 4.5 from me.

The final part of the Under Northern Skies series by Mila Olsen
Lou & Bren—An Unconditional Love Against the World

In the finale, and thinking back on the series as a whole. We really did have an emotional journey. This installment is no different. Definitely in my feels after reading this one.

“I stop in front of him and stare at him as if he were merely an illusion.”

I don’t recall which part of the series off the top of my head that just didn’t do it for me as much as the other. But this one really brought me back. I’m thankful I read the series the whole way through and may actually revisit it again in the future.

This beautifully written series takes you on an emotional roller coaster. The character depth and relationship was written to the point of making my heart ache for them. I highly recommend.

I could not get into Lou and Bren as characters. They were so self-centered and childish and I couldn't get past that.
