By page 12, I decided to DNF this book. The first 12 pages were dedicated to the MC having his head in the clouds in his infatuation with a woman he likes to discuss books with. He thinks about her so much that he's constantly distracted at work to the point his boss is calling him on it. He's 25, but he sounds more like a 14yr old with a crush.

So imo the title doesn't really match the book considering like halfway through the other love interested joins the 3 but small detail so whatever.
But honestly it was a decent book. The beginning was a bit rough, it's like being hit up side the head by the events instead of them flowing how events in a day would. Personally I feel like Olivia should've been the main heroine but then got shafted as soon as she had her 2nd second in the light and then got pushed even more out when Emily joined them considering what she was wanting to do with the MC, the videos about her and him and her life and stuff. When they had that discussion that felt like it would've been a decent chunk of the book but it wasn't so. Besides that I feel that the ending was pretty sub-par. It wasn't even really a 'ride off into the sunset' type of ending but gave more of a 'this is your stop. Get off.' feeling. I won't say it heavily dampened the story but it does feel wasteful.

what a lucky man!
Very good new storyline with very well constructed characters and action. You can tell it was written by a woman because the “action” scenes are delicious. Looking to read more of this story and will look for more from Ava Kang.
