I felt like reading this book was having the words of a trusted friend and mentor to help guide me as well as encourage me. With one daughter already a young teen, and two girls not yet teens, I know this will be a resource I come back to over and over for years to come.

It's an amazing guide for my prayers for my teenager. This book refocused me on the important things - raising a woman who pursues the Lord - and off the irritation and fear of the moment by moment. Her Scripture prayers at the end of every chapter are a source I will refer to for years to come.
