A bit of a filler arc as we get to meet Fuuko's Parents which was interesting but nothing is really done with it. It had nice moments and some funny ones with them forming a band to participate in a Idol Competition but it just felt like filler.
This was where they beat Language, right? I read this over a span of most of the workday (handling tasks between chapters), so I forget. If so, the climax for that fight was great. I mean, it was regardless. I just don't remember if it was here or Volume 23.
The new Unchaste arc is actually a pop idol competition, which is another change of pace (not unlike the school setting for Unmove). Kind of bold to do something like this when you're less than fifty chapters from the end, but that's part of why I love this manga.
Metal Kurusu a cute!

The idol arc is, probably, the weakest post-Ragnarok arc. The weakest of this loop. It has good moments! It's nice to finally meet Fuuko's parents and give them some development! But it's not the most exciting. Music in manga has a bit of an uphill battle trying to really nail the sound in a purely visual medium, and with how fast Undead Unluck moves there really isn't time to do anything about it. The whole arc starts and ends within this volume, lots of things get moved around but nothing really happens. It's not bad! It's just, well, lackluster.
wait this is so cute with fuuko and HER MOM AND DAD??? like this is so sweet. loved the idol stuff!!! i mean RIP and BILLY and SHEN and TELLA... and i guess the girls were there are well. BUT NOW ITS TIME TO GET THE BEST GIRL TATIANA HOME.
