From the first page, you are told you deserve to live an extraordinary life, full of joy, purpose, and Love. This is very true. But! we all know each of us is different, and what is ok for one woman is not for another.
this book talks you through understanding your body and realizing what the norm is!
The author talks about her journey and what she went through.
There are different chapters talking about hormones, your monthly cycle, and how sometimes hormonal imbalance can affect daily life.
The Author also talks about the change that women go through at a certain age and why they feel the way they do, and what to aid this time of life. What to help with the loss of certain hormones in the female body, and what food to help you through this time?
another chapter talks about exercise and reflexology to help you...
Then onto a chapter that you think oooh yes.Chocolate Fudge cake. Epsom Salt Baths.
There are sections that deal with issues through the seasons and what to use to help if you are suffering during those seasons.
l enjoyed this book and it reminded me of days gone by, women used to go to the old lady in the hut in the woods and get potions and herbs, etc, to help.
An interesting book. Not one l probably would've bought, but l can say l did enjoy reading through it and will put it by my bedside table and go through it again and again so that l know I am ok.
Well done to the Author, a book that has its place in a woman's life, to make her feel like a woman.

If you are thinking about reading this book i really urge you to. it is a truly special book and one i especially wish i had when i was younger.
i don't often keep books but this one i keep referring back to. i especially like the golden milk recipe and learning more about being a woman. it allows me to let in my softer side, trust my own wisdom and realise how powerful it is to be a woman.
i love the exercises throughout the book and found it all really helpful. i really hope samantha goes on to write more books she has such a gift.
i recently had a 121 call with Samantha after reading the book and i highly recommend this too. i left feeling empowered and inspired.
my fave book of the year x

This is an excellent book to keep as a monthly reference for the menstrual cycle. I think it could be used as a reference point with each of the four menstrual cycle phases, to pick up and explore following each reader's pace. I loved how much detail is included. It could have been more LGBTQIA inclusive for my personal tastes but this does not detract from the helpful message of the book. Thank you to Edelweiss and the publisher for providing an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
