This was sent to me pre Christmas by a friend who has been asking all year if I’ve read this yet. And it’s pretty good. Super practical guide to listening to your unconscious mind or intuition or as this book calls it - your wild creature mind. So much lines up with Stoic philosophy and the science on dealing with stress and burn out. All in a very easy to read and practical layout.

4.5 stars. Glad I have a physical copy because l probably dip in and out of it a bit.
