This was a good lesson book for young children. I liked the focus of the responsibility being on the sibling, Anna, and not an adult instead.

A little girl's mom steps out to go to the bank, and the girl's little sister is asleep. But the sister wakes up and gets lost. But of course the little girl finds her again.

This book was originally in Japanese but the translation is very smooth.

Some people might think that these girls are definitely too young to be left alone for any amount of time! (They never give the precise age of the older girl, but she looks young.)

One of my favourites as a child, mainly because of the title.
