Once a loyal soldier, Caspian – along with the naïve and innocent fae, Niamh – is now a fugitive in the mortal realm, struggling to remain hidden while grappling to come to terms with the building attraction between them.

After tasting her blood, Caspian is more possessive of his fae than ever… but Niamh has her own secrets to contend with, as doubts and questions surrounding her paternity threaten to surface, leaving her torn between her heart and her past.

With fiendish new allies, they might just stand a chance at outrunning the danger on their trail.

I am a quirky writer from the US who dabbles in dark, paranormal and contemporary romance. My stories aren't always typical, but contain a little something for everyone.

Book 2 has arrived - Caspian and Niamh's story continues. Okay, now that I have an idea what I am up against with book two - I needed to clear the schedule. Wow! I need to do better than that but I do not want to disclose any trade secrets. Simply put - Caspian and Niamh continue to grow as characters as they learn about themselves and each other. No matter who you are, the world can be tough to navigate, impossible to control and generally challenge you around every corner. You add two non-human characters in a human world, shake it on up and another layer of everything is added to the mix. I always love to learn more about the characters and Lana does not disappoint with her thorough back story. I cannot wait for book three to see how the big red bow comes together. Enjoy!

I read this book as an ARC from the author but purchased it for my forever library.

This is the second book in this series, and I do recommend reading book 1 for best enjoyment. Caspian and Niamh’s story continues with loads of drama, mystery and steam in this dark paranormal read. Niamh is learning more about what and who she is and the evil things that were done to her. They have help in the mortal realm, but can they be trusted and what will Caspian remember as his past comes back to him? Fast-paced read with loads of drama, suspense and twist and turns. The world building is amazing, and the story draws you in from beginning to end as well as the sizzling chemistry between Caspian and Niamh. I loved it!

Caspian and Niamh are still in the human realm, hiding from those who seek to destroy them, finding enemies at every corner not knowing who they can trust, while trying to find themselves. I feel so bad for Caspian and Niamh when all they want is their freedom they are still fighting tooth and nail just to be able to live, but fate has twisted plans for them all. This story kept me engaged from the beginning not really knowing which direction it would take me, but I am dying to know how it will go in the next one.

I couldn't wait to continue Niamh & Caspian's story from Nocte, and this didn't disappoint. After collective trauma in the human world, their minds are more synced, yet even as they grow closer, their fragmented past keeps resurfacing. I'm intrigued by both, but especially Niamh's, after the revelations at the underground circus and from the painting in the museum. Truly wondering how this will all wrap up in just one more book, but I'm interested to see how both work it out, and hopefully take their due revenge.

This is the second book in the series and it is so good. Caspian and Niamh are in their own collective mind. I loved where the story went. The side characters, what we did learn about both of their pasts. There is still some unanswered questions but I have a feeling Lana will have it all come together beautifully in book 3. This is probably one of my favorite stories by Lana and she has a lot of amazing books. This world is dark and unique and I can’t get enough of it.

Ooh this is getting good. You can still see and feel the fractured minds, but they are getting better. The twists are building. Who is she? Always feeling betrayed by someone who is only out for themselves, I don't know who is actually on their side, and it's driving me crazy. Probably just like they feel

Nocturnal Souls Book 2! OMG!!!

This is not a typical trope for me, but Ms. Sky is an author I've followed for a very long time and I adore her writing!

Page Turning - BRILLIANT!!!
I'm on pins and needles for book three. Lux is mind blowing with drama, and twists that keep me hungry for the next page and frustrated with the secrets and suspense. I'm frantic with need for part three. This series just keeps getting better and better and invades my thoughts of the what will happen next. I need answers that I know will be worth the wait.

You have no idea how excited I am to read the next book in this series. This book had me going every which way with the twists and then the drama that was in this book was like top tier. This book has you hooked from beginning to end without ever letting you come up for air, you can’t help but just turn the page and then again and again, it’s just something you cannot put down.

Caspian and Niamh’s story is so addicting as we get some answers but there is still danger lurking and things found out with memories coming back these two are so good together yet so different.

This dark realm story is delicious and so addicting the words just weave together so easy. I am loving it.

Caspian – along with Niamh – are now fugitives in the mortal realm. They must remain hidden.
The heated chemistry between the is near boiling. But will Niamh's secrets stifle a possible future for them? What will happen as their journey continues.
An exceptional book. Definitely worth more than five stars.

I. Need. Answers.
This book was what I expected. Lana Sky is a terrific writer, almost poetic. Her writing style just sucks you in. Niamh and Caspian are great. I feel their connection. Something is going on with that though. Its obsessive and clingy. They NEED each other. Something with Niamh's blood? We shall see... The circus was cool. I like Altaris. Minchae was a nice new edition. The whole immigration process is interesting and almost comical, in a good way. The supernaturals have their own immigration system and law system for those who come to the mortal realm. But....
This book went nowhere. We have no answers. Just more questions. And that gets frustrating. I don't want the last book to be rushed with answers and a final showdown. But alas, that might be exactly where we are headed. I will eagerly await Eternals as I am committed to this story. I just wish there was... more in this story. Just more.
