This review is for Swipe Right for Orcs by Cassie Lein. This was such a cute little piece in the anthology. I really enjoyed reading about Fairlie, Osric and Oviva.

This little piece was about insta-love. It’s about finding a true and instant connection between a human and 2 orcs. It’s MFF and kinda steamy. And just actually super cute. No darkness. Just a sweet love story between 2 orcs and a human.

Review for Swipe Right for Orcs by Cassie Lein. I don’t always enjoy monster romances but I loved this one. I loved Orsic, Ovivia, and Flairlie. The dynamics between them were great and spicy. I didn’t want their story to end so I was excited for a bonus spicy scene. Definitely a quick, steamy read that everyone should read!

Ok 100% not what I expected but I literally don't care this was FANTASTIC! Monster/Human dating app?

I loved the connection between Osric and Fairlie. I think it was really fun to see how a hurt Fairlie threw all her reservations to the wind (thanks to some wine) and downloaded the dating app to begin with. I was also really happy to see that she gave Osric a chance once she had sobered up and did meet him for a date. They had an instant connection that was fun to see play out on the page and their chemistry was fantastic.

I also really loved the character development despite how short this story was- you really got to know just what was important to these characters and I swooned for Osric when he had to leave and go check on his sister- nothing warms my heart more than making family important and I was really glad that Fairlie understood that.

While this started off as your normal monster/human romance, this certainly takes a turn when Osric's sister starts her heat and can't make it to the clinic on time. While it may have been awkward for everyone around, I really loved seeing this somewhat "taboo" side of Fairlie and Osric's relationship when Ovivia asks for help. Really brought another dimension to the story and a whole different relationship that I was not expecting but was 100% here for.

I loved this story from beginning to end. My only complaint, as it is with most of these novella anthology pieces, is that I always wish there was more. Fingers cross for more in the future, but if not, this story will give you the HEA that you are looking for in multiple monster forms.

📚 Swipe Right For Orcs by Cassie Leon

From the moment I started reading I was hooked. These characters sucked me into their story till I finished the entire book and even now I want more. Even while texting these characters had insane chemistry. Once they met I couldn’t stop smiling. Their relationship and basically the entire book moved very quickly. Like within days quickly but those two were so clearly meant to be it didn’t feel rushed or too fast.

Overall I found the story to be super sweet and full of chemistry and love. I loved the bond he had with his sister and how protective of her he was. I would have liked a little more scenes between her and the sister. There’s was an attraction there from the beginning and physically they got along great I just would have liked them to see them connect a little more. I really enjoyed this book and loved these characters. If we get more of them in the future I wouldn’t be mad 🏃🏃

One thing I noticed is that it was basically drama free. In one hand I loved that cause we got to focus on the characters and their relationship without any interruptions. Now on the other hand I would have loved to see her exs face when he sees that she moved on with a man he could never compare to.

This book was about Fairlie. When she was a sophomore in college she started dating Alix. In Halloween they were supposed to go to a party. She dressed up as Thumbeljna at her boyfriend’s request. She was all ready and she texted him to see where he was. He told her that he was stuck at work and wouldn’t make it. He worked for a business that was not open that day because it was Sunday. He inadvertently texted her instead of someone else and basically told her to get ready because she (meaning Fairlie) was probably slumming it on the couch. She ended up calling him and telling him they were done. He didn’t take that well and said that they could work it out. She hung up on him. She grabbed her wine and turned on a movie. There was an ad for a monster dating app. Her town was monster friendly. She met Osric and they were talking all night. He asked her out and she said yes. She was panicking the next day because she didn’t want to screw it up. She worried for nothing they hit it off. Great book.

Let me just start off by saying that I am not a huge fan of reading anthologies at all !!! There really is no specific reason . If I had to guess it would probably be because I’m just a lover of romances on the longer side . That being said , I did take a chance on this one . And if I’m being completely upfront the main reason for that is because I found out Cassie Lein was taking part in it With Swipe Right For Orcs so that right there made the choice a no brainer . Swipe Right was such a fun journey that literally had me sitting on the edge of my seat the whole way through. I mean who doesn’t want to read a love story about a Human and. A Orc who end up meeting through a Monster Dating app, having Off the charts chemistry and falling completely in love . Add into that the spice , the humor , the witty banter , the sweet moments , the family and friendships, well I really could not stop , smiling, laughing and rooting so freaking hard for our main characters.

I totally enjoyed this series and what a delightful treat we got from this short novella. Definitely worth checking out this series if you haven't started yet!

I am reviewing the story "Swipe Right for Orcs" by Cassie Lein. This story is part of Volume 2 in A Halloween Why Boos Charity Anthology. I have never thought I would find an Orc smexy…but after reading this story I definitely see the appeal! This book also has FF smexy scenes and I have never been very comfortable with those types of scenes. I would gloss over them if they were in any of the books I read. But I had no problems reading them in this book. The scenes were well-written, tasteful and even dare I say it…hot.
I loved this book and I want to read more about Orcs. I want to know more about their cultures, dating rituals, breeding and how they raise their children. I need more stories about Orcs, Cassie Lein! You have made me obsessed with my first monster book boyfriend! Thank you for such an awesome read!

From Volume 2, I read Swipe Right for Orcs by Cassie Lein and this paranormal love story was instalovely fantastic! Tropes abound in this quirky novella, showing that love comes in all shapes, sizes and colours. I loved the emotional connection between the characters, the steam was hot and writing from Cassie was brilliant. Dating apps are done best when written with a paranormal twist and don't skip out on the spicy extras.

What a fun story. Girl downloads a dating app, meets an ORC and the rest will be history. I don't want to give much away but this story will keep you reading, feeling all the feel goods, and making your roll your eyes at a certain male ORC. I loved the FMC/MMCs but the bestie and the sister are also awesome additions to this story. Swipe Right for ORCS, but left on Unicorns :D

I don't read a lot of anthology books unless it has at least one author that I follow. But this had two attention grabbers: Cassie Lein has a story in it, and the title, because hello- Halloween paranormal stories!
That said, Cassie Lein's "Swipe Right for Orcs" was a spicy and funny short piece in this book. A cheating boyfriend sets the scene for this delightful story, and in her drunken state, Fairlie downloads the Monster Match app, and is matched with an orc named Osric. He's got a sister, Ovivia, that goes into heat. Fairlie, being the sweet human she is, offers to help the sister, and woop! Now we have a threesome, minus the sibling on sibling.
I won't give away anymore, but I would love to see this become a full book somewhere down the road.

Quick, spicy, cute monster romance

Fairlie, studying to be a teacher, kind, funny and so done with dating incompetent human men

Osric, sweet, driven, resourceful Orc, looking for his other half. Wants to finds a nice female to settle down with.

Ovivia, Osrics sister, sassy, straight forward and not looking for a relationship.


I loved how quickly Osric and Fairlie hit it off. She absolutely deserves someone who will make her needs and wants a priority.

He is a devoted older brother as well, and will always be there for Ovivia. She has been having a hard time as of late and he just wants her happy.

Swipe Right for Orcs… So, I will be coming back to review to rest of the anthology later but Swipe Right for Orcs was the first I was tasked to review and I couldn’t be happier to review it! it was such a cute and HOT story! FFM which isn’t something I read very often but D.A.M.N. Was it 🔥🔥🔥🔥!!!!

Fairlie finds out her long time boyfriend is cheating on her so she decides to get on a monster dating app and there she finds Osric. Through Osric she finds Ovivia. Cue the epic threesome!

Will Fairlie find the love(s) of her life? Will it end in another heartbreak? You’ll have to read this amazing story from Cassie Lein to find out! I promise it is well worth it!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Review for Swipe Right for Orcs by Cassie Lein: ORCS! Who knew they could be so hot?! A short, hot, breeding kink story. Fairlie is looking for something new in a world integrated with monsters. So why not give an orc a shot. Osric is looking to continue is family line as orcs are becoming extinct. After meeting on a dating app, their love story explodes. But it's not just them. Ovivia, Osric's sister, has a preference for females. And with her heat approaching, who's going to help her out?! Loved this short story!

Holly molly this book is just wow. I didnt know what to expect from it but let me honest and let you know that story has so many feels. I wasnt sure what to expect and it blew me away. Lets be honest who doesn’t love a good monster romance. This book is unbelievable and Cassie is a wonder woman at bringing us a short novella that hits every level but yet doesn't miss a beat in delivering everything you know that Cassie Lein delivers.

This story is short but packs a ton of heat! After finding out her long time boyfriend is cheating in her Fairlee drunkenly downloads a monster dating app and matches with a charming orc Osric. They meet and his sister's heat comes early. Ovivia cannot make it to a center to ride it out alone as she had planned and she storms in on Osric and Fairlee getting busy. Fairlee agrees to help Ovivia and through this experience they find that they are quite drawn to one another.

I’m not sure how she does it but Cassie seems to always have me questioning myself with every new book she puts out. So apparently I have an Orc fascination now and not just that but an FF Orc fascination?! Seriously though I loved Osric, Ovivia & Fairlie‘s story. Was a great well rounded journey given the limited pages of it being in an anthology but I would really like if we could have this fully fleshed out in to a full novel so we can see more of Ovivia’s background and what happens next for the three of them!

Its All Hallows Eve and time for some Halloween theme stories.

Cassie Lein's "Swipe right for Orcs" is definitely one to check out. After getting dumped by her cheating bf, Fairlie does what any one would do, gets drunk watching her fav shows and signs up for the new monster dating app. What could go wrong?

An utterly hilarious and spicy story that will have you wriggling your toes at the cute, and looking for a shower after some scenes. Utterly loved it and I am sure you will too!

I read Cassie Lein's "Swipe Right For Orcs" and I absolutely loved every bit of it. This is the first book I have read by Cassie that has been written just by her, and I devoured the whole thing in one sitting. I couldn't believe how good it was.

This is definitely a quick steamy read that everyone should get on board to read. This one story made the whole anthology worth it. Now I need to read the rest of the books in the Anthology.

What a fun read! I really loved Cassie Lein's "Swipe Right for Orcs" It was light, lively with lust at first sight!! Fairlie decided to hit the monster dating site and swiped right and started chatting with Orsic and felt a connection that prompted them to go on a date and sparks flew! So far, I have only read Cassie Lein's Swipe Right For Orcs and completely enjoyed it! I plan on reading the rest very soon!
This was a quick and to the point book! It was very entertaining and made me realize that I need to add some orcs to my TBR!!!
Osric was obsessed and head over heals in an instant. There was no angst just quick and at it, lol. Fairlie was really open and willing through it all and not the least bit afraid to go after exactly what she didn't know she wanted!

So this is for Cassie’s part of this anthology and it was so cute yet definitely made me say WOW. I’m never big on monster romance but Cassie has a way of making me love everything she writes. Like a dating app for both humans and monsters?! Yes all day! Not only is it monster romance but also MFF and you won’t believe who Fairlie ends up in between LOL. This review is for Swipe Right on Orcs by Cassie Lein. WOW!!! This was unbelievably hot, and full of monster goodness! I absolutely loved it. Short, sweet, definitely dirty, and full of spice. I absolutely love Osric and Fairlie and how they immediately connected. Ovivia also snagged my heart and I fell in love with her too. Fairlie is an amazing FMC and I love how she wants to be a teacher, and how open she was to trying something new. Amazing read!

So far I have only read Swipe Right for Orc by Cassie Lein. It is a short, spicy, fun read. After finding out her boyfriend is cheating, Fairlie decides to download a monster dating app. She matches with Osric. I loved Osric - he is sweet, but hot, and falls hard for Fairlie. Then there is Osric’s sister, Ovivia. I loved that even though this is a novella, I still felt like I understood the characters and felt for their struggle. This was a short, fast-paced, steamy novella :)

Love anything by Cassie. Not just because we share a name! Quick great read. When you sign up for a dating app you never really know who is on the other side. In this case even more so. Human? Monster? The book opens to Fair waiting on her boyfriend and the night quickly takes a turn when she learns his cheating ways. She starts drinking and on a whim signs up for an app on a whim. That app leads her on quite a fun adventure with not 1 but 2 love interests :)

A quick short read that has everything you want in a spicy short story.
Monster dating app that gives our FMC Fairlie to go on a date with a ORC named Osric and he is all she ever wanted from a guy.
And as if that wasn't enough he has a beautiful sister named Ovivia and things just getting hotter and hotter.
So really recommends this book to everyone since its a Anthology it also has a lot of other goodies in it.
So do your self a favor and read it ASAP.
