In this thrilling series debut, Branko Amdurovic, a hardened Croatian biker and the eldest of five brothers, has become a Nomad after the betrayal of his former IVMC charter in Austin. Living a solitary life, Branko stays connected with his family while roaming alone.

His world shifts when he encounters his ex-Vice President, Silas, in Las Vegas. Recognizing the danger Silas poses, Branko is determined to bring him down. To succeed, he must infiltrate Silas' new club, the Storm Riders, even though their involvement in kidnapping and human trafficking disgusts him.

Along the way, Branko meets Ariana, a woman on a desperate search for her missing cousin, Julie. Unknowingly, Ariana steps into Silas' crosshairs. Now, Branko must balance his mission with his growing need to protect Ariana—even if it means risking his cover and his life.

I enjoy Anna's MC books and although I enjoyed this beginning of a new chapter of IVMC I felt that parts of the plot were a little loose. Things suddenly happened without any real depth or explanation. The two main characters were likeable, however I felt they too could have used a little more depth.
This book is definitely worth reading, just bear in mind you have to use your imagination to follow the plot. For example, Branko wanted to keep the Austin chapter unaware of what was going down until all the plans had been carried out, however in amongst it all they were suddenly there. This is where the plot could have done with a bit more development.

Loved it.

What a book. Couldn’t put it down and Micah’s book was certainly worth the wait.

I love that we still get the other couples and I do wonder if Chris and Jenny will get a book.
