"Forever Love at Wildflower Lock" wraps up Hannah Lynn's beloved Wildflower Lock series in a touching way. The story centers around Daisy May, who thought she had it all figured out after opening her cute coffee shop and reconnecting with her charming boyfriend, Theo. But when Theo pops the question, Daisy's excitement is dampened by her worries about meeting his not-so-enthusiastic parents and finding out more about his past. As doubts start to creep in, Daisy begins to wonder whether she and Theo can really make it through together.

Daisy is a relatable character, dealing with her insecurities and doubts, which makes her journey really engaging. Theo is the supportive boyfriend we all love, while his parents add some drama to the mix. Plus, Daisy's mom and her best friend really help round out the story.

Hannah Lynn's writing totally draws you in and brings the Wildflower Lock series to life with its cozy vibe. The style is fun and easygoing, so you can really dive into the story without any hassle. The pacing is just right, mixing in romance, laughter, and some tense moments in a smooth way.

At its heart, the book's all about love, bouncing back, and why family matters. It deals with facing your insecurities and how love can help you push through tough times. Plus, it really shows how important friends and family are when you’re going through rough patches.

Hannah Lynn uses lots of cool writing tricks to make the story better, like colorful descriptions, deep emotions, and a clear setting. She also throws in different points of view and flashbacks, which makes things more interesting as readers unravel the mystery with Daisy.

The pace of the book is spot-on, with a clear and fun structure that keeps you interested from start to finish. Plus, the writing is easy to read and super relatable for everyone.

"Forever Love at Wildflower Lock" wraps up the Wildflower Lock series in such a sweet and heartwarming way. Hannah Lynn really knows how to tell a story that pulls at your heartstrings, making it a must-read for fans of contemporary romance and holiday vibes. This book sticks with you, reminding us all about the magic of love and how important family is.

If you’re into contemporary romance, holiday reads, and stories about love and bouncing back, I definitely recommend "Forever Love at Wildflower Lock." It’s a delightful and feel-good read that you'll think about long after you've finished it!

*I received a copy of this book on NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. Thank you to the author, publisher, and NetGalley for this opportunity*

Daisy and Theo have had their ups and downs-- but after a grand adventure, and a few miscommunications along the way-- Daisy feels for certain that they're meant to be together forever. However, as one problem after another start to crop up, and Daisy allows her insecurities to boil over, she begins to question if her and Theo are meant to be together right now, much less for forever.

The fourth and final book in the Wildflower Lock series, FOREVER LOVE is one of the biggest will-they-won't-they books I think I've read in a while. I personally had some major issues with Daisy's decisions and actions throughout the story, and it made it difficult to realistically root for Daisy and Theo towards the end. However, this was a super quick read, and did have a satisfying ending if you're a big fan of the series.

I would highly suggest you to read the first three books in this series to know the characters and their story better.

I picked up the ARC without knowing it was a part of a series. However, I absolutely enjoyed the writing and understand what the characters are going through.

Daisy and Theo are engaged. However, the plot deals with a very realistic scenario where you feel all lost and insecure when you are not that sure of a relationship you are about to lose (or need to save).

The book brings you back to reality when it comes to relationships.

Thank you, Boldwood Books, for the ARC.

Review for 'Forever Love At Wildflower Lock' by Hannah Lynn.

This book has fantastic descriptions that set you straight in the scenes. The cover, title and synopsis suit the storyline perfectly. This is the fourth and final book in Hannah's 'The Wildflower Lock' series but each book can be read as a standalone.

OMG!!! I absolutely LOVED this gorgeous book in this absolutely stunning series!! I fell in love with the characters and just everything in the first book in the beautiful 'The Wildflower Lock' series which was called 'New Beginnings At Wildflower Lock' and later books in this series after and was landed when this book came out! Although this is the fourth and final book in 'The Wildflower Lock' series it can be read in order of the series or as a standalone. I would, personally recommend you read at least one before this one as this is the final book but if you cannot wait then there is a silver lining to reading later books in a series first and that is that when you have finished it and fallen in love with the characters you can then go back and meet them all from the beginning! I have read the first and third books in this series but not had time to read the second book yet which is called 'Coffee And Cake At Wildflower Lock' but I had no problems at all reading this one without having read the second one previously. I can promise you, whether you start with this book or the first book in this absolutely gorgeous series you will not be disappointed!! Hannah is one of those authors that can write book after book featuring the same characters and I will never get bored, especially as they have now come to feel like friends. The only negative thing I can say is that apart from them living on in my mind and the story coming to life when I read it is that these fantastic characters only actually live on paper as I am devastated every time I have to say Goodbye to them!! I was even more devastated this time being as it is the final book in this series but as I have previously mentioned there is a positive and that is I can now go back and read 'Coffee And Cake At Wildflower Lock' so it is not quite the final Goodbye to the characters quite yet for me! The final storyline in this beautiful series is beautiful and is ram packed with friendship, romance, travelling, family,, water, family, locks, cake, stunning scenery, fun and is an absolutely stunning escapism read!!! This final book does have Daisy questioning her future with Theo after her horrid meeting with his just as horrid parents plus from her Mum's experiences. Will this book see the end of Daisy and Theo or will they ignore the questioning of others and they make their own future? I will let you find out for yourselves and I can guarantee that you will love it as much as I did. This is one of those books that are very easy to read and perfect for any reading situations whether you are laying on a beach or curled up in front of a fire. Regardless of what time of year it is or where you are reading it Hannah will whisk you off to Wildflower Lock along with other destinations and will put you in the middle of the lives of Daisy May and Theo at the turn of a page. It is an absolutely ideal read for anyone who is looking for a gorgeous and relaxing read that will have you hooked from beginning to end. I absolutely LOVED the realism of this storyline which made it so easy to picture everything that was going on which had been helped by Hannah's fantastic evocative writing skills. I cannot wait to get hooked into more of Hannah's books so I hope she is busy writing her next one while I get stuck into the second book in this stunning series!! This is definitely one of those books that will turn a frown upside down and make life seem a lot brighter. Grab your copy today and fall in love with 'The Wildflower Lock' series today!!!

Well done Hannah on yet another absolutely stunning and perfect addition to a gorgeous series!!!

Although this is the fourth and final book in the series I would have had absolutely no problems reading it without any of the others. Any details or events that have previously happened are mentioned in just the right amount of detail to let a new reader know what has happened and yet not too much to bore a previous reader.

The characters were all an eclectic mix and each one of them were realistic and strong. I was completely invested in them all. It also makes them more realistic, believable and made me feel even more for them than I normally would. I loved meeting them all again in this book after falling in love with them in book one in this series after they very quickly became to feel like friends. The fact that Hannah clearly cares about her characters is obvious in her evocative and emotive descriptions and in depth characterisation and personalisation of each and every single one of them. She really has managed to create an amazing selection of characters, each with their own personalities, strengths and weaknesses that I absolutely love meeting time and time again so a MASSIVE thank you Hannah for each and every one of your amazing characters in not only this series but also in your stunning 'The Holly Berry Sweet Shop' series too, which is another stunning series by this amazing author that I would also highly recommend! Each of the characters are memorable and unique in their own ways and they are a group that I wont ever be forgetting any time soon! I cannot wait to meet them all again in book two!!!

Pick up this book and get lost in this absolutely gorgeous page turner!

Congratulations Hannah on an yet another absolutely stunning read that I just could not put down!!! I would absolutely love to see this series turned into movies!!! This is the exact reason you are on my favourite author list and here's to your next success 🥂

Overall an unputdownable, gorgeous, STUNNING page turning book filled with family, romance, fun, doubts, hope, friendship and so much more!! A perfectly relaxing and stunning unique read!!!!

My Opinion

Before you read Forever Love at Wildflower Lock, I would highly recommend reading the rest of the series. Hannah Lynn writes such delightful books and it is always a pleasure to catch up with Daisy and Theo. I am really glad that I discovered Hannah Lynn’s writing a couple of years ago, Hannah is now firmly on my must-read list. A relatively quick and sweet read.

Everything is going really well at Wildflower Lock, in the picturesque Essex countryside, the tea room is doing well, Daisy's friends are visiting, then wham bam Daisy and Theo visit his parents up in the Lake District and everything goes drastically pear shaped. A warm welcome and a celebration were expected, but unfortunately, this doesn't happen. His parents have a funny way of welcoming her, and when Theo's ex makes an appearance, then things go dramatically downhill. Is their relationship finished, or can they put everything that has happened behind them and carry on and pretend that nothing has happened? Even when they return home, things are not as they both hoped they would be, and the question looms will they find love at Wildflower Lock now or in the future? I really enjoyed reading this book, I have read many books by Hannah Lynn and always enjoyed them. As always with her books, I found myself really drawn into the storyline, I actually know the area extremely well where this story is set, as we used to have a narrowboat moored at Paper Mill Lock and could recognise some of the landmarks. I liked the friendship and camaraderie between Daisy and her friends, and although the story was very much one of will, they won't they between Daisy and Theo, I am very pleased with the eventual outcome.

In the fourth and final Wildflower Lock novel, readers reunite with Daisy May and Theo as they celebrate their recent engagement and plan for their future happiness together. However, meeting Theo’s parents does not go as expected, and new secrets about Theo’s past and her mother’s doubts are causing Daisy to question her happy ending, threatening her relationship with Theo. With high emotional stakes and doubts about the happy ending, readers will be emotionally invested once again in Daisy and Theo’s relationship and their chance at a happy ending. Hannah Lynn’s latest novel is another well-written, emotional, and character-centric novel, and the continued growth of Daisy and Theo is absolutely wonderful to follow in this brilliant new release. The characters are, of course, the star of the novel, and Daisy’s perspective is refreshing, charming, and heartwarming, while her doubts and struggles are deeply relatable to readers. Lynn is a brilliant author, and this entire series has a truly satisfying resolution that readers will love for the emotional payoff. This is a brilliant conclusion to a charming, romantic, and heartwarming series, and readers will love this final return to Wildflower Lock and the lives that Theo and Daisy have built here over the course of four beautiful novels.

Thanks to NetGalley and Boldwood Books for the advance copy.

I had high hopes for *Forever Love at Wildflower Lock* by Hannah Lynn, as I was eager to immerse myself in what I believed would be a captivating story. While I did find enjoyment in certain aspects of the book, I encountered significant issues with the characters that ultimately affected my overall experience.

One of my primary concerns was with Daisy, her decisions and actions throughout the story struck me as unrealistic and often frustrating, which made it challenging for me to connect with her on a deeper level. I found myself questioning her motives and choices, as they seemed impulsive and lacking in maturity.

Additionally, I was unaware that this book was part of a series until a few chapters in. As I progressed, I realized that I was missing some vital backstory that might have provided better context for the characters' actions and relationships. Had I read the earlier instalments, it’s possible I would have gained a greater understanding of Daisy and the other characters, enhancing my connection to the story. Instead, I was left feeling somewhat lost and disconnected.

Overall, while there were elements of the story that I appreciated, Daisy's immaturity and the lack of context for her character ultimately detracted from my enjoyment of the book.

Forever Love at Wildflower Lock is book four in the Wildflower Lock series, one you definitely need to read the three previous books for, I wouldn’t recommend reading this as a standalone or you’ll be lost more than likely.

I love Hannah ‘s books and she’s definitely a firm go to author now for me after I’ve read several of her books and I know I’m guaranteed an entertaining and thoroughly enjoyable story.

We return to Wildflower Lock and everything is looking good for Daisy and Theo until they go to the Lake District to visit Theo’s parents and everything goes downhill from there, with an appearance from his ex and everything else will they continue to find love at Wildflower Lock, well no spoilers from me.

I can tell you that as ever I loved the story, the friendship Daisy has with her friend group is one of my favourite things in these books, obviously her relationship with Theo too. I love Daisy because she’s such a great character, so strong but very relatable and isn’t your flawless woman that most of us aren’t too.

Looking for an interesting story , with great characters and fantastic writing, looks no further than Forever Love at Wildflower Lock.

I received an E-ARC with a request for my honest review.

This beautiful romance is set in Wildflower Lock and follows Daisy, who is continuing with her coffee shop business, and is settled with her boyfriend Theo.

When Theo suddenly proposes to Daisy, she is excited about taking the next step in their relationship.

However, after a visit to Theo’s parents and some harsh comments from her mother she starts to doubt her future.

What will Daisy decide? Will she choose Theo for her future?

This romance is the fourth in the Wildflower Lock series, and each book has been a beautiful read, I have loved each one more and more.

I love Daisy’s character as she is a strong woman, but also makes mistakes like the rest of us. She is caring, sweet, hardworking with her business.

There is plenty of drama in this part of the series, but friendship plays a large part of the storyline, and this helps Daisy when she doesn’t know what is best.

Overall, a beautiful romance where Daisy must decide her future.

This is an author I am so glad I discovered several years ago and since then I have read all but one of her books. The series are so much fun, and I love seeing the continuation of the same characters in subsequent books.
The Wildflower Lock series is such a gem. The setting of the coffee shop and the houseboat are something I really enjoyed reading about. Its original and I loved it.
Daisy has been waiting for this moment for the longest time and now it has finally happened, Theo has proposed. He comes from a different background than her growing up and his family isn't the most welcoming upon meeting her. Her anxiety soon zooms off the charts and she finds herself doubting everything about the relationship. In step her friends and family, which I loved seeing the reassurance she got going forward. Heartwarming romance full of happy and hopeful times. Love will conquer all! Recommended for a sweet read that'll pick up your spirits!

I was given a complimentary copy of this book.
All opinions expressed are my own.

This is one of those books where you really need to read the previous ones in the series to appreciate this one. Daisy and Theo are happily settled in their relationship until he pops the question when things go awry.
I did struggle with Daisy and some of her decisions and felt for Theo, however as the story progresses you begin to understand her hesitation. She's always had a difficult relationship with her mother, and his parents (spoiler alert) sound horrendous. Fortunately she has friends in Bex and Claire to help her, but a happy ending isn't foregone conclusion. I'm sad to see the end of this series, but it opens the prospect of new ones from this author for me to enjoy.
I received an advance copy of this book from the publisher through Netgalley, however this did not influence my review of the book.

I have enjoyed every book in this series so far therefore was really looking forward to this one.

Daisy and Theo feel they are meant to be together and when he surprises her with a proposal she feels she is on top of the world. However, will their new found happiness last when they announce their engagement?

This was such a sweet but, at times, emotional story which had quite a few twists and turns. I was mad at Daisy with her actions at times, however, how she is feeling is very realistic and I'm sure many people have been there.

A beautiful end to a lovely series, filled with friendship, found family, love and romance.

I hope the author is back soon with another series to enjoy.

Thank you Rachel's Random Resources, Boldwood Books and the author for my copy in exchange for an honest review.

An enjoyable end to a truly lovely series.

But why on earth did the relationship between Daisy and Theo really need to be put through the wringer, other than to add uncertainty to readers.

Didn't seem fair for two characters who have already had so many ups and downs in this relationship, to not have smooth sailing once there is a proposal.

It was interesting meeting Theo's parents, and I wasn't overly keen on Daisy's mum's behaviours either

There are some lovely romantic gestures, but also some great moments of thoughtlessness.

It's sad that our time on Wildflower lock appears to be at an end, as it has been great spending time on these narrowboats.

Thank you to Boldwood Book and Netgalley for this copy which I have reviewed honestly and voluntarily.

Both Theo and Daisy were exasperating characters!
Theo was such a dunderhead about not telling Daisy about something significant in his past and also not thinking about the reuse of an article in his approach. I would have stayed 20 minutes with his vile parents.
Daisy was too busy listening to everyone else about her relationship with Theo. Both of them needed to concentrate on each other and what they wanted.
I was Team Theo when he told Daisy what he did toward the end.
The ending was good but I question of the sustainability of the relationship.

Forever Love at Wildflower Lock marks the fourth and potentially final entry in the series by the talented Hanna Lynn.

Daisy and Theo’s bond remains unbreakable, especially when Theo unexpected proposes. They could never have imagined the surprising events that follow! Will they be able to navigate through this challenging period together?

Each novel in this series has improved upon the last. Daisy shines as a vibrant and joyful character, surrounded by a circle of strong female friends. Meanwhile, Theo has come to terms with his patents’ pretentious attitudes and seeks to distance himself from them. I would love to see more stories from the Lick, perhaps even exploring her mother’s life alongside tales of Bex and Claire. This was a fantastic read!

Such a lovely read, filled with emotional drama,
Where anxieties could result in bad karma.
So good to return to Wildflower love once more,
The place, the community and more to explore.

A loving proposal is the start
Of worries tearing this couple apart.
Parents, and what they have to say,
Create fears and worries for Daisy May.

Secrets revealed add to her fears
Will all end happily- or in tears?
An emotional finale where friendship and romance
Really need to be given a huge chance!

For my copy of this book I say thank you
As I share with you this my honest review.

Ok, though I preferred others in the series. Some of the reactions did not ring true and both Daisy and Theo semed to make snap decisons and rush off and become moody where a talk to their life partner might be better. Some of the other parts of the plot , eg. their parents, felt a bit off too. Their working lives, such as Daisy's cafe, were tacked on and you don,t get the impression of life living on the lock in a houseboat which made others in the series interesting.

In Hannah Lynn’s latest in her Wildflower Lock series, Forever Love at Wildflower Lock, the story of Daisy and Theo’s love continues on the canal. They believe that they have a special connection but their future in-laws are not all in on either side. It naturally causes friction between them. Will they be permanently torn apart by the outside opinions or will they hold on to what they have established? Pick up a copy of Forever Love at Wildflower Lock and see what Daisy and Theo decide to do!

Despite Daisy being the most irritating main character I’ve ever had to read about, I still loved this series. The final book wasn’t as strong as the first three I’d say. Quite a bit of the book was set away from Wildflower lock, for a start! The consistent immaturity of Daisy grated on me, and to be honest I was rooting for Theo to find someone else! It all wrapped up very fast at the end. But despite this, I still read it fast, it was a lovely series, lovely setting, and I’d definitely seek out more books by the author. :-)

First of all, the book details listed for this book here on Goodreads is for the wrong book.

Secondly, I’ve read all 4 books now over the past few days. I’m so frustrated with both Daisy and Theo. Do either of them think through their decisions? Theo didn’t think it would be an issue if he re-used an engagement ring? Really?

Daisy acts like a spoiled child and at this point I just can’t root for her.

Very disappointing series. I won’t be looking for any other books by this author.

This is Book 4 in this series, I’ve not read the others, but I think you need to as it jumps right into the story about characters I had no idea about. I started off liking the story, but Daisy became irritated to me, she’s whiny, never happy when she’s got lovely Theo hanging onto her. Maybe I’d have liked it better if I had read the previous books.
Thanks to Netgalley and the publishers for a copy.

I have read this entire series and unfortunately book 4 was a miss for me. It made me begin to dislike some longstanding characters who I previously was quite attached to. I am not sure there was enough of a story here for an entire book. I would have much preferred a continuation of where we left off in book three instead of having this time jump. It seems like this may be the end of the series but there are a lot of loose ends! Here's to hoping for Ben/Claire spin off.

I have adored every minute of this series and while I'm devasted that it's come to an end, I know Lynn will come back with another series that's just as delightful.

A visit to Wildflower Lock is always welcome and it's so lovely to catch up with everyone. They're such a lovely bunch of characters and will definitely be missed.

A heartwarming read full of family and friendships with the perfect ending.

This is a really enjoyable love story between the two main characters, Daisy and Theo. This best thing about this story is how realistic it is. It’s nice to read a romcom that alongside the love story, it acknowledges relationships aren’t moonlight and roses all the time. That couples and families fight. People interfere where they’re not wanted and freely offer their opinions, whether they are requested or not.

Read the other three before you attempt to read this. I know there needed to be drama, but the best thing that could've happened to wrap the series up was for Daisy to go to therapy and use sorting out her issues and immaturity as way to build her relationship with Theo. She spends the entire book acting like a petulant child, and it drove me insane. The other books were fun, but this was just a hot mess of issues with a rushed ending.

OK I felt I had to get to the last book, but my God is Daisy annoying. it was like reading about a child, rather than a grown woman. I get that the author was trying to show Daisy didn't have the best role model in her mum, but geez 🤦🏼‍♀️ Also what happened to her painting from book 3,I feel like that was a wasted story 🤣 I'm amazed Theo took her back to be honest, but maybe they are both messed up in their own ways.

Another great book from Hannah Lynn in the Wildflower Lock Series. Can be read as a stand alone book and you will understand what is happening. Daisy and Theo live on the canal and Daisy runs her coffee business from there as well. Have they found love and can it be forever? Easy to read with short chapters and loveable characters. Thanks to Hannah and her publisher.
