What started out as a night of fun at a Vegas hotspot somehow turned into saying “I Do” by an Elvis impersonator. If you think that’s bad, it gets worse. My new husband lied to me and told me he ran a not-for-profit. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Imagine my surprise when I realized I married one of the best tight ends in the league. Did I mention my uncle owns the team? If you think things couldn’t get any more complicated, our plans to get an annulment are unexpectedly put on hold. So, now I’m trapped in this unforeseen marriage until we can find a way out. He assured me not to worry, proposing a temporary solution—move in with him and keep our relationship a secret. Except, the more I get to know my husband, the more I want to stay married, especially when he calls me—"his wife”. But life doesn’t always go as planned, especially when my uncle intercepts our news before we have a chance to tell him. Now his spot on the team is at risk, my heart is on the line, and the fallout could cost us everything.
Oh dear. Strangers? Check. Vegas marriage? Yup. Finding out that your significant other is very much the person you shouldn’t be involved with? Uh huh. But Rhett isn’t running away. Not when Natalie has been on his mind since she rushed off in Vegas. Nope. He’s in this to win it, and what this man sets out to do, he definitely does.
Natalie is floundering a bit. She’s worried she’ll let everyone down. That she’ll hurt everyone. Or the person who somehow matters most in such a short time. And when friends prove to be anything but, she’s a bit adrift with only Rhett to anchor her. But then bad turns to worse and Natalie is so confused, she doesn’t know how to move forward. And as much as she disappoints in her moment of stress, she more than makes up for it when she gets her wits about her again. Man, does she make up for it. It’s a very good thing that she and Rhett are meant to be, too, since he’s willing to upend his life for her and she proves that she’s ready to do the same.
These two might’ve started as impulsive and possibly fake or “convenient”, but they become real and everything to each other so quickly that you find yourself cheering for it all to work out in the best way possible.
The Atlanta Arrows are in Sin City and things are just about to get a little complicated.
Fumbled Arrangement is the third book in the Atlanta Arrows series by S. Jones- and just wait because Rhett and Natalie's story has it all!
I'm talking about- drunken Vegas wedding, finding out your new spouse is connected to your job, real feelings, past relationship complications and some good old fashioned DRAMA! All the while there is so much lightness and fun intermingled that I simply adored reading these two. Rhett is that good time guy, never seems to take things too seriously and lives life like it's meant to be enjoyed all while also still holding a decent facade to not "embarrass" his influential family. Natalie is driven and focused and trying to put her life back together after learning that her longtime boyfriend is having a baby... just not with her. While neither Natalie or Rhett were looking for a relationship- their accidental marriage lends its hand to another arrangement- helping each other out by appearing to be already attached while also letting them explore the intense attraction and connection they seem to have.
I love how hard Rhett loves- once the man realized that he may like his wife, he was ready to put his all into building a relationship. Didn't matter that he never had any intentions of getting married before or falling in love like his two closest friends just had- his mind couldn't be swayed until he met her. Natalie on the other hand was much more hesitant, which is understandable considering her last relationship- add on the fact that her uncle, and owner of the Atlanta Arrows, had made it clear in no uncertain terms- his players were off limits.
When the drama hits, it hits hard and things get rough and yes a bit frustrating- I really wanted to shake them both at a few points. It's basically a trust the process moment and I had to trust that Sandy was going to do these two justice after the hurt because they are simply too perfect for each other to let the drama tear them apart.
Great addition to the series- hopefully not the last we'll see of the Atlanta Arrows!
This is a bad book. The cover art should’ve told me, but I thought it would be formulaic at least and good in the based sense of the word. Nope. Not the case. The two best friends/sisters that Natalie went to Vegas with were duds. The other people In Rhett’s life who were presumably book 1&2 were good. Really liked them. Natalie was fine and then miserable. I try to give the FMC more leeway. But Rhett was jumping through hoops to satisfy her and she just completely forgot the things she was saying before.
They should have told Uncle Beau immediately. How are you going to go to school for PR, have just been in a pr crisis with your ex, GET A JOB IN PR and then deliver your beloved uncle and NEW JOB A PR CRISIS?? It was so so dumb. This book would’ve been better if she told HER ONLY LIVING FAMILY THE TRUTH AS SOON AS SHE SAW HIM… him Bringing up the fraternization clause was another great time to say something. Another would’ve been at his house when he had the team over!! SO MANY OPTIONS and yet the wrong choices were made repeatedly. The only person truly with something to lose was Rhett and he still wanted to be married to her and she was ready to throw in the towel? Lame.
Uncle Beau’s only coming around because he had to deal with his own mortality. Because how do you come back from the lost trust in the time for the book to end?
I’m happy Rhett was happy in the end but Natalie didn’t do anything to deserve things to end up in her favor after making all the wrong choices and being annoying while doing it.
Honestly this is a book where the third act breakup should’ve been for good. Natalie could’ve kept her job or been abandoned by her uncle and lost the job because she’s being utterly ridiculous.
The writing was fine. The dialogue was fine. I thoroughly hated Natalie and everyone connected to her in this story, so I suppose that was written well. I wouldn’t suggest this part of the series to my worst enemy. But read it if you want to. I wish I hadn’t.
“Uncle Beau, are you giving me your blessing?”“It’s not up to me to decide who is good enough for you. That’s for you to decide.”
Truly- how embarrassing, Natalie.
Why throw in the random drug usage from the hockey ex? What’s the point?
“Beau convinced me that I could fix this. He might have given me his permission, but I didn’t need it. I was always going to choose us.” THIS WHY DID YOU LEAVE?! Literally so dumb.
Natalie Evans was in Vegas for a girls weekend celebrating her girlfriend's upcoming wedding. She just found out her ex was going to be at the wedding and bringing the pregnant woman he cheated with. Natalie meets "Theo" in Vegas. They hit it off, and since she doesn't want to go to the wedding by herself and he wants to get his mom off his back about dating, they hit the roulette wheel and make each other a bet. In the morning they wake up married to each other. And NO she doesn't know who he is.
Rhett Daniels (Theo) is Atlanta's most eligible bachelor, six- time pro bowler, four time all-pro and the star tight end for the Atlanta Arrows, the team her Uncle owns!
She is due to start working for the team in the public relations department. Her uncle made it very clear she is NOT to date any of his players, they will be traded!
Rhett doesn't want to get an annulment, he wants to make it work and she does too. But for the time being it needs to be kept secret.
Secrets have a way of coming back to bite you!
4.5 stars Loved this book! I love how his friends rally around him and are always there to support him. He is just a nice guy with a party reputation.
*Arc read* Tropes: Grumpy sunshine Sports romance Forbidden He falls first Drunk/Vegas marriage MY WIFE
This was so fun! This was my first S Jones book and definitely would be my last! I smashed through this book so quickly and loved every moment. Rhett gave absolute golden retriever vibes TO THE MAX the entire book which had me melting and I found Natalie to be super relatable in how she was more reserved and didn’t show her cards straight away. Overall I loved both of the characters so much and the story. Theres just something about an MMC saying “my wife” that will forever get me every single time.
I devoured Fumbled arrangements!! It was an extremely enjoyable book!
I loved reading about Natalie and Rhett. The way the two of them couldn’t help but gravitate towards each other, no matter how much they tried not to, was addicting. Grumpy sunshine, steamy, deliciously hot and a sports romance?? I’m obsessed.
I felt absolutely giddy and overjoyed reading and I couldn’t put this book down…couldn’t get enough of it. I cannot wait for the next book in the series! And I highly recommend it to any and all romance readers out there! 💕
I loved this and devoured it in two days (only because sleep was necessary). This had so many good tropes, including my wife, one bed, marriage of convenience, he falls first, and so many others. I loved Rhett and Natalie. I found myself giggling and giddy multiple times throughout the book. This is book 3 in this series. However, it can be read as a standalone. Loved it and will be reading the rest of the series!
Sports Romance ✔️ Drunken Vegas Wedding ✔️ Forced Proximity ✔️ One Bed ✔️ “My Wife.” ✔️ Insta-love ✔️
If you love all those tropes then definitely check this book out! This was a really fast paced cute read. I loved how Rhett stood up for Natalie to not only her ex but her uncle as well. Rylee and Kinley were better friends to Natalie than her actual friends too. I need to go back and read their books now! I did find Natalie to be a bit immature at times. I never fully liked her but it was a decently fun read. I think it would be a good palette cleanser because it’s a cutesy read. There is some angst and stakes but they’re pretty low. 3.5/5 rounded up
I thought this story was fantastic! I loved the MMC and the FMC! The witty banter back and forth was so well written and the way the characters were written made me fall in love with from the very beginning!
I really enjoyed this book. The storyline and characters were great. I love how this wasn't the typical type of falling for the sports star romance. This was a very cute romance that just gave me all the happy feels for them.
This was a super cute read that was quick and spicy. I love an accidental marriage trope add in that it is sports and strangers to lovers and I am in.
I really enjoyed Rhett’s character during his and Natalie’s relationship. He was doing everything he could to show her that he was all in. He was very attentive to her and always there for her when she needed him. Natalie took a little bit longer to fall into this relationship completely considering she just came out of a bad relationship where her ex had cheated on her. I really did enjoy Natalie…I loved her banter with Rhett at the beginning and not falling for him and his pick up lines immediately. I also really enjoyed the friend group that Rhett introduced natalie to..I felt it is what she truly needed considering her friends were awful.
Spoiler……
The only reason I took off a star was because of the third act. I felt Rhett was childish during some of it and his internal thoughts were just not it. Natalie had her reasons for what she did and he should have supported her instead of acting the way he did.
Thank you to the author and The Author Agency for the arc of this book
4.5 STARS #AccidentalMarriage #Forbidden #Sports #ARC Written in first person from an alternating dual POV, this can be read as a standalone and ends with a HEA. I love an accidental Vegas wedding and that is how this begins. Natalie is a career driven woman who is trying to get over the betrayal of a cheating ex when she meets Theo in Vegas. Theo is really Rhett, but he uses the first name he never uses when they meet. They drink, talk, marry, and more before they wake up the next day. They learn that that their accidental nuptials complicate their lives more than they would have imagined and they have some decisions to make. Rhett is a golden retriever hero who is quickly all in to winning his wife and making a real relationship that he never knew he wanted. Natalie is a little more circumspect in her commitment. I adored Rhett and how hard he was willing to fight and sacrifice for her. Natalie irritated me at times. She made choices that hurt Rhett and I didn’t like it. I will say that when she decides to make it right, she goes all in to make it happen. Sweet friendship, sizzling chemistry, spicy times, and a little drama made this an enjoyable read for me. I am voluntarily leaving this honest review after receiving an advance reader copy of the book.
What a book this turned out to be! The heat, the range of emotions that comes from taking a huge chance when everything you cherish is at stake. Natalie and Rhett's pull was so magnetic, no matter how hard they tried to avoid it. It was also great watching a “player” being tamed by a great woman. This grumpy sunshine, forbidden love, football romance is devious, delicious, hot and steamy, and I loved every single word. I devoured this book in a day…I didn't want it to end. Lu Banks & Tyler Donne do an amazing job portraying the characters, bringing them to life and humanizing them with their emotions, attitude and personality. They do more than giving their characters their voices, they fall into the roles and become the character.
So I had originally gave this 4 stars - because I liked the story. I changed it to 3 stars because of all the F-Bombs and it wasn't a clean read. I did skip through a lot of it and "fast-read" because of those issues but I did finish as I wanted to know how it ended.
The relationship between the two main characters was cute and how they dealt with their issues was typical of people who don't always get it.
If you don't mind lots of explicit sex and F-Bombs, then this book is for you. Cute story, but not my thing.
Waking up next to a gorgeous guy after a night of fun in Vegas should have been one of those "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas..." kind of things for Natalie. But of course it's never that easy and even further complicated for both Natalie and Rhett when he turns out to be someone quite different than he had presented to her. Now they're stuck in a marriage neither was prepared for, at the same time trying to keep it on the low lest the complicated part become even stickier. This marriage only stands a chance though, if Natalie can get past her fears of hurting Rhett's career, and if Rhett allows himself to forgive her.
Rhett didn't really lie to his new wife when they first met. He just didn't tell her the whole truth, and now that omission could cause him to lose everything - his career AND his new wife. Though they may have married accidentally, he wants to keep her, and he's determined to do just that. But how can he keep someone who won't fight for them? Won't see past her own fears?
Football season is about to start here, in fact, my 49ers just had their first preseason game today, and I was cheering like mad. Then I read Rhett and Natalie's story and now I really, really want my own tight end. I wonder if George Kittle's wife would mind if I stole him away...anyway, I digress. I love this accidentally married couple. Rhett is a golden retriever sweetheart in a tight end's body who falls hard and fast, falls first for a woman whose heart isn't open at first. Natalie is equally sweet but has so much to work through, and it took her a long time to get to that epiphany moment. I was a little anxious wondering if she'd get her head on straight. Thankfully the author allayed my anxiety and gave them a very sweet, hard won happy ever after. I'm not sure which Arrows player is going to fall in love next, but I know I'll be reading!

Fumbled Arrangement is the first book for me by S. Jones, and I really enjoyed meeting Natalie and Rhett in this book. What happens in Vegas, doesn’t always stay in Vegas and many times you leave with more than you bargained for including a hot new husband or wife.
Natalie is fresh out of graduate school, and getting over a bitter breakup with an NHL player. She is celebrating their mutual friends' bachelorette in Vegas before starting her new job. Her friends think it would be a good idea for her to show up with a “plus one” to prove she’s over the NHL cheater. Well, she does one better, she marries an NFL player that night in a tequila moment. Here is the twist, she doesn’t know he’s an NFL player, and that he is also on the team her uncle owns that she is going to work for..
Needless to say it was the best read. I loved the way Jones wrote these characters and the feelings that they tried to deny after meeting and falling for each other so quickly. The marriage might have been influenced by tequila, but with a delayed annulment, Rhett is determined to show Natalie that this was the best “mistake” they could ever have made. The protectiveness that comes out of Rhett is absolutely swoon worthy. Natalie, who doesn't want to disappoint anyone, has a moment of panic and does not handle the situation well. Her apology and actions to prove herself and “win” Rhett back was in a word, perfection.
My heart broke for them multiple times, only for Jones to put it back together. Both of these characters grow in love and life, and each comes to face the reality of what they want differently, but Jones will have you on the edge of your seat through it all. The epilogue was a nice bow on the end of their story. Read this book if you enjoy a good romance with fake dating, sports, forced proximity, real/fake marriage that will give you all the feels and have you crying, laughing, cheering and swooning all the way through. I read this entire book in one sitting, and I can’t wait to read more from S. Jones.
Loved how much Rhett loves Natalie! Rhett the MMC is known for being a player on and off the field and never being in a relationship. His family is in politics and his mom has already planned out the girl he's going to marry and will causally trick him into meeting up with this girl. As we all get to know Rhett we see that he is actually a really decent guy who cares for others and wants to give back with his non profit for single parents. When he sees Natalie he knows there's something different about her and tries his hardest to get her to get to know him better. He literally begs for her time (which I loved)! Natalie was pressured by her friends to talk to someone to show that she's moved on from her ex that cheated on her and got some other girl pregnant and since Rhett/Theo pretends with her at the club she agrees to continue the night with him and go somewhere else to have a drink but they end up very drunk and married. He wants someone to make his mom stop setting him up and she wants a date for her friend's wedding that the ex will be at, so they thought it was a good idea at the time. Natalie is the niece and goddaughter of the owner of the team that Rhett’s a player for, of course they don’t learn the truth about all of this until after their drunken marriage in vegas. She wants her uncle to be happy and proud of her since this is the only family she really has left. Due to some issues getting an annulment Rhett convinces Natalie to spend some time getting to know him better while they're waiting on everything slowly they begin to get closer and she starts falling for him too. The relationship is forbidden due to their jobs working for the team so what will happen once everyone discovers the truth! Pick up this book to find out and see!

Fumbled Arrangement by S. Jones was a delightful surprise and a captivating read that made me want to go and read her back log of books. This is the third book in the Atlanta Arrows series, but you can dive right into it without having read the others as I did. It tells the engaging story of Natalie and Rhett, who discover that what happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay there.
The story kicks off with Natalie, who has just graduated and is trying to put a toxic relationship with an NHL player behind her. She heads to Las Vegas to join her friends in celebrating a bachelorette party. Eager to show she's moved on, her friends dare her to flirt with a guy at the bar. That's where she meets Rhett, who goes by Theo. Known for his charm and playboy reputation as an NFL star, Rhett has never been one to settle down. But meeting Natalie changes everything for him, and I enjoyed watching his world turn upside down with just one glance at her.
The character development is superb, with the author painting a vivid picture of two people fighting against, yet undeniably drawn to, each other. Their hasty Vegas wedding, fuelled by tequila, quickly morphs into something deeper when the annulment is delayed. Rhett is determined to convince Natalie that their impulsive act was the best decision of their lives. His protective side is endearing, while Natalie’s struggle to please those around her adds an interesting layer to the story, leading to both comical and touching situations.
If you enjoy romance novels with themes like fake dating, sports, forced proximity, and spontaneous marriages, this book is a must read. It provides a perfect blend of humour and heartfelt moments, evoking laughter, tears, and joy. This sports romance centres around a forbidden love that blossoms from a surprise marriage, featuring a hero who is unexpectedly sweet and falls hard for the heroine.
S. Jones has done a fantastic job of crafting a fun, emotional, and thoroughly enjoyable read. Fumbled Arrangement keeps you hooked from start to finish with its blend of romance, humour, and relatable characters. It’s a wonderful story that I can't recommend enough.

They had just won the Super Bowl in Las Vegas. And after a week on lockdown until game day, the team was cutting loose. The Atlanta Arrows is the team that signed Rhett Daniels he had been there through his six times as a pro bowler and four times as an all-pro. Atlanta is his hometown where his family is. Good or bad he loves them. His father Senator Clayton Daniels, his mother, and two siblings were overachievers compared to Rhett. They were all lawyers who worked under his father’s business and family umbrella.
His mother had certain ideas about how it was time for this thirty-one-year-old man, he should be settled down by now with the right type of woman. The type of partner like they had gotten his siblings settled with, the right kind, wink wink. Yet, they both look miserable the majority of the time. He thought a superficial mindless woman who survived off her daddy's money and vacationed with her besties in foreign locations would impress him. It never did. Yet, an unknown woman, with soft curves that swayed when she walked, on F-me heels, and portrayed such utter confidence did unmentionable things to him.
Meeting Natalie Evans was the highlight of his evening. But as the night wore on it became the highlight of his week after winning the Super Bowl. She was not a woman who was prepared to take his normal dating smack. No sir. She had been hurt by a real pro. Not only a pro cheater but a pro athlete. So her shell was locked down hard and tight. What neither knew was that they were working for the same team. Natalie had just not started yet. Now here’s the sticky wicket her uncle/godfather owns the team.
See how these two end up walking down the aisle to wedded bliss and wake up to a world, of upside-down madness they seem to like and kind of hold precious. See if they stay together or get talked out of being the best thing that ever happened to one another.
I think my subconscious is mad at me for going thru my 20s and never stumbling upon a marriage of convenience or accidental marriage and then working for a distillery/vineyard. That's all I seem to be reading recently. Natalie and Theo were no different. Accidental marriage that is. Natalie is in Vegas for a bachelorette party. A friend she thought was close due to them both having dated hockey players for the same team. Yada Yada, Natalie is informed at the party that her ex is bringing a plus one to the wedding and now she's faced with seeing him and the knocked up girl she was cheated on with. After seeing a group of football players at the same club, Natalie asks Theo if he wouldn't mind playing along so her friends will get off her back. Play like he's interested. Play like they're going to spend the night together. Just play. Waking up the next morning, playing becomes all too real when they realize that they're married. The already murky waters get even more muddy when Theo turns out to be Rhett. His main job isn't actually running a nonprofit, but he's a NFL player fresh off a superbowl win...and the kicker is he plays for Natalie's uncle's team. The uncle that has made it clear noone is to go near Natalie, especially following the previous PR scandal. These two try to sweep it under the rug and keep things professional while figuring a way to get out of the marriage without anyone being the wiser. Rhett tries to show Natalie that they're actually meant to be. Natalie is trying to keep her head above water and not disappoint anyone. Using the marriage as a cover...Rhett goes with Natalie to the wedding to show up her ex. Natalie goes and meets Rhett's parents to get them off his back about a certain stage five clinger. If you guess that this all blows up in their faces, you'd be right. I'm still a little angry with Natalie and how she chose to handle the stress instead of working with Rhett. But in the end, they come together and realize that the feelings far outweigh anything else that's dealt their way. I'm not here to give spoilers, so just read the book. Plus we get to catch up with JP and Mav. Thank you to S Jones and The Author Agency for letting me read this story early.
If you’re into the whole “what happens in Vegas” trope with a side of sports romance, then Fumbled Arrangement by S. Jones might just be your next favorite read.
The story kicks off with Natalie, who’s fresh out of a toxic relationship with an NHL player, heading to Vegas for a girls' weekend. She’s determined to show her ex (who's bringing his pregnant new girlfriend to the wedding they’re both attending) that she’s totally over him. Enter Rhett Daniels, a charming NFL star who’s trying to dodge his mom’s matchmaking schemes. The two of them hit it off after a night of tequila-fueled fun, and before you know it, they wake up married. The kicker? Natalie has no idea Rhett is a star player on the very team her uncle owns, where she’s about to start a new job.
Rhett is pretty much the golden retriever of book boyfriends—loyal, protective, and all in once he realizes he might actually like his accidental wife. Despite their rocky start and all the secrets between them, Rhett is determined to make their “mistake” the best thing that ever happened to them. Natalie, on the other hand, is more hesitant, especially since her uncle has made it clear that dating players is a big no-no.
The drama ramps up when the truth starts to come out, and both Rhett and Natalie have to figure out if they’re willing to risk everything for a shot at real love. It’s a wild ride full of laughs, swoon-worthy moments, and just the right amount of angst. Plus, the epilogue ties everything together perfectly, giving you all the warm, fuzzy feelings.
Tropes: - 🩷 Vegas wedding - 🤍 Sports romance - 🩷 Reverse grumpy x sunshine - 🤍 Marriage of convenience - 🩷 Fake marriage turned real - 🤍 Forbidden love (dating a player is off-limits)
Natalie is trying her hardest to not fall for Rhett. From their very first moments she was smitten. He was exactly what she needed and she didn’t even know it. I always love the get hitched in Vegas theme. It’s what sold me on wanting to read this book in the first place. I can’t get enough of this pair. I’m all giddy when I see them flirting. I love it when characters flirt with one another.
These two had to go through many ups and downs through their relationship. Rhett never doubted for a moment that he loved her. Natalie was fearful that history was going to repeat itself. It’s understandable. It still broke my heart when they took a break. They needed time to organize their thoughts. Especially after Beau found out.
SPOILERS.
I LOVE that they were able to work out their problems. Beau finally got how much Rhett and Natalie loved one another. Natalie got away from those awful sisters who treated her like crap. I will never understand how they thought it was her fault that her ex was an awful human being. Cheating on her and making her out to be the bad guy. Shame on you for being so selfish. Especially when she needed you.
I’ve had friends like that. I’m happy that Natalie found a family with her husband’s friends. They welcomed her and helped her like real friends do. Natalie gained a husband and a family. And don’t even get me started on how cute the Epilogue was! That baby boy is going to have quite the reputation when he’s old enough to throw a ball like daddy.
I loved this book so much! It was perfect! And it had it’s spicy scenes that I love so much! I was honored to get to read this as a ARC. I recommend to everyone that they go out and read this baby.
Fumbled Arrangement is the first book I've read by S. Jones, and I really enjoyed reading Rhett and Natalie's story! I thought the title of this book was perfectly fitting for this couple, who got married while drunk in Vegas, develop real feelings for each other, and then it all gets botched up.
What I really liked about Natalie and Rhett is their insecurities; I thought that made them both very relatable characters. She has baggage from her previous relationship: her ex, a pro hockey player, cheated on her, leading her to feel like she won't be enough to hold Rhett's interest long-term. Rhett has always been a playboy and never wanted to settle down until he met Natalie. His worries about not being good enough for her are compounded by his family dynamics. He's always been the black sheep and feels that his parents don't approve of his career choice in playing professional football.
Despite their drunk wedding night, Rhett and Natalie decide to see if there is anything real between them. Over the next few weeks, they really get to know one another. There was an intense attraction between them from the get-go, and I really loved how these two characters built on that. Despite having never been in a committed relationship before, Rhett was all in when it came to being with Natalie. It took her longer to catch up, and I loved how dedicated he was to proving to her that he was in it for the long haul.
There's a forbidden aspect to this story as well, since Natalie's uncle owns Rhett's team and made it clear that his players were off-limits to her. When that particular drama hits the fan, it leads to a third-act breakup. But there is some good groveling that comes afterward!
Overall, I really enjoyed this story and I want to go back and read the rest of the Atlanta Arrows series!
I received an advanced copy and voluntarily left a review.

Book 3 of 3: The Atlanta Arrows
This was my first book from S. Jones and it was so good! It’s the 3rd in a series but can be read as a standalone. I don’t think I missed too much from the first two books. I plan on going back at some point to read them. I really enjoyed the friend group. Fumbled Arrangement is dual POV and fast paced. It’s a fun, quick read, with lots of banter. I really liked Natalie a lot, she has a huge heart and loves her family. New home, new job, and struggling to maintain friendships. It’s a hard thing to go through! I felt she was easy to connect to. Natalie is fresh out of a relationship and on a bachelorette trip with friends. They say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, except for some things..this time it’s an accidental marriage. She has no clue who the guy is that she’s talking to and it turns out he’s the kind of guy she is trying to stay away from. Rhett is cocky, sweet, but oh so lovable. He’s a tight end, but not just any tight end. He plays for her uncle’s team! Natalie throws him for a loop and he ends up falling hard! He tries his hardest to convince her that they need to just “try things out” and see how the relationship turns out. But they also have to keep it a secret because his job could be at risk. Natalie and Rhett go on a wild ride together, everyone’s feelings are on the line. I was on the edge till the very end. I knew there had to be a HEA, I just didn’t know how it would happen!
This is the third book in this series The Atlanta Arrows and this is a sports romance that is a must read. This is a fake marriage romance, he falls first, reverse grumpy sunshine second chance romance forbidden romance that you'll just love.
This is Natalie and Rhett' s story which begin with them having a drunken night in the city of lights Vegas and this is when both of their lives change forever.I
Rhett is a playboy football player who always gets what he wants. But deep down he's a big softie that loves hard and plays hard. He'll do anything for the team and once that night happens he'll do anything for Nat. Natalie is getting over a horrible breakup and all she wants is to let Her hair down with her friends in Vegas only she kinda accidentally and very drunkenly has a Vegas wedding of Her own. There are alot of things these two both don't know about each other and the biggie is that her uncle actually owns the team he plays for.
I always love how this author writes her characters and I always feel a connection to the characters because she brings them to life so perfectly that you can't help but love them. I absolutely their banter and their chemistry. I absolutely love the protectivness Rhett has for her and that quality in men is soooo lovely and Natalie is such a sweetie. This story is a fast paced, sweet insta love story that's alittle forbidden. I love the way this author writes and her style of writing always captivates me and I know that every time I start one of her books I'll be hooked from the off and even though this series can be read as standalones I'd definitely start from book one and read about the other characters, you'll love them all.
I received a complimentary early release e-book prior to release and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This is my first time reading this author and I enjoyed this story. It stars Theo aka Rhett, who meets a woman in Vegas and falls hard and fast. But she has some big secrets and when he tells one little lie, well it becomes this huge thing that ends up changing his life.
Natalie had an awful ex and, in my opinion, some awful friends. But she has a great uncle and is ready to start her new job working for a football team that her uncle owns, and well that Rhett plays for.
So when they wake up married and all her secrets are exposed. Things get very complicated very fast for Rhett. This is the story about the most forbidden woman in Rhett's world that he cannot stay away from and who could cost him everything or who could give him everything. What will he choose?
Natalie for her part is a great character. Hard working, smart and a sweetheart but she is very much afraid of what her uncle will do to Rhett. She is the grump in the relationship and Rhett is like a big kid at heart. So, you will love him. Will he win Natalie over? You will have to read this book to find out.
If you love second chances, Vegas weddings while drunk by Elvis and the most forbidden relationship ever, then you will adore this book. It's well written. Just a slow beginning as things heat up for Rhett and Nat.
This book deserves more than the 5 stars I was only able to give it. I loved everything about it and I was honestly disappointed that it even had to end. The whole drunken marriage in Vegas never gets old for me. Yes, it's a storyline that I have read time & again & will more than likely read many, many more. But each author has their own particular take on it, and I found this one was definitely one of the best that I have read in recent times. I just adored Rhett. The way he was willing to give this new arrangement in his life a chance melted my heart. Natalie on the other hand was hesitant. And what she had gone through recently made it very understandable. But she did eventually get on the same page as Rhett, and I thought that they really made such a wonderful couple. Then there was the dreaded third act break-up. This didn't go how I thought it would. I honestly thought family members from one side would blow up when all was revealed, but I was so, so wrong. I would have been so happy if these two just rode off into the sunset with no conflict, but that wasn't meant to be. But I did enjoy the grovelling, it was definitely the right person trying to make things better for the pair. I have everything crossed that there will be more books to come in this series - it is truly wonderful reading

This was a fast paced sweet story about finding love when you least expect it. It all started with a Vegas marriage and ended in happily ever after. Though this road was not smooth. Rhett was a certified playboy. That just means he hadn't met the one yet. He took one look at Natalie and was done for. I loved his banter and charisma. He knew how to work a crowd but he also knew what he wanted and continued to fight for it. The fact that he never gave up on her won me over.
Natalie was a different story. I liked her but also didn't. I also felt bad for her. I also want to know why I keep reading annoying heroines.. I just want them to be strong and confident from the beginning. Natalie was so doubtful of herself and of Rhett's feelings. Sure he could probably have whoever he wanted but don't doubt yourself!! If he says he wants you he wants you! I disliked her friends and was so happy both Kinley and Rylee embraced her. I also loved how she would put flirty/snobby women in their place.
I'm so happy these two got their HEA. They deserved it for dealing with all their struggles and the people trying to get in their way.
