“She who is born with lavender eyes will bring forth darkness and command armies to raid the land. She will sit upon the throne and bring forth a new era.”
Aria After being taken from the Winter Solstice ball at the castle, I find myself trapped in a cell with no magic and entirely at the mercy of Victor- my uncle who thinks I'm his ticket to the throne. Due to the prophecy told at my birth, Victor thinks I have dark magic that will help him gain his throne. But only if he can unlock it first. Will Jace find me in time to stop Victor, or will Victor’s darker methods win and unlock the dark magic he speaks of?
Jace I will rip apart my kingdom to find my mate again. When Victor shows up at the council meeting, where we’re discussing ways to find Aria, I have to hold myself back from ripping him to shreds. But his showing up can only mean one thing: he doesn’t know Aria and I are mates. He doesn’t know I'm the key to finding Aria. Hiding our movements from Victor, I race against the clock to find Aria before her time with Victor changes her in ways she can never recover from.
I just want to disclose I’m friends with Mikaela, but it’s going to seem like I’m not based off this review 🤣
First off, how dare you? You already know all my thoughts because I was DMing you my reactions but wtf?!!!!! Why did you hurt us so bad with this book!!
I did love the character developments and trials they were put through, but this book is hard to get through— the emotional damage is real. With that behind said, I practically read this book in a day and it’s over 400 pages? I may be losing it.
Mikaela’s books have pulled me out of a deep reading slump so pick them up! Just brace yourself for all of book 2 😅😅
I will be reading book 3– but you best make me happy by the end again— PLEASE!!!! 🙏
