As someone who has been dealing with migraines for 10+ years, I was surprised at how much I learned from this book. It was also SO validating. Connecting previous and current health issues with migraines when no one else ever acknowledged my pain makes this book worth every star.

An excellent book. My only criticism is that some of the print is too small

firstly, 5/5 absolutely groundbreaking
- this is the only book about migraine you need. it explains everything about migraine - from the science behind it, treatment options, myths, conditions that often exist alongside migraine, future treatment options being researched, and so much more
- it does read like a textbook, but as a migraine-sufferer of 10+ years, believe me, it's 100% worth it! it's the single source of truth you need to understand migraine, stop further misinformation about migraine & get proper care
- this book also gave me hope as a migraine sufferer, because i realised just how much research is being done & how many new treatment options might become available soon
