I will say this don’t start it if you don’t have time to read it hang on and you might want to make sure to double check that you are buckled up, dangerous men, alpha’s personified, possessive, oh, gorgeous, brooding all the makings of a story consisting with three D’s (dark, delicious, and dirty) 😊. There will be suspense, betrayal, death, darkness, secrets reveled, violence, hope, forgiveness, and maybe even love along the way! Sage is so sweet for the most part but don’t get it twisted she is spicy when needed her father has landed himself into trouble again, owing a casino other but not just any owner the Russian mafia boss what are they going to do when he comes to collect. Victor sexy as all get our Russian mafia boss owner of several business with casinos being one of his specialties, when he realizes that Mr. Thompson owes a very large sum to the casino, he heads out to collect and they both know Mr. Thompson isn’t able to pay any of it back so he makes a deal he will take his daughter for payment. Victor gives Sage a choice marries him or watch him kill her father despite him not being a great dad, a gambler he is still her dad someone she doesn’t want to see dead so of course she makes the hard decision to marry him against everything she ever wanted. She knows Victor is dangerous, ruthless on a good day and he is deadly every day making threats isn’t something he does he follows through with every threat. There is some attraction between them although neither of them will admit to it yet the more time they spend with each other they each see a different side. She sees his softer side and he gets to learn the strength she has had to have being the daughter of a gambler also, she doesn’t just do what he says out of fear in fact she stands up to him which is something different but he likes it (shhh don’t tell his men) but will her father get his act together, did she make the wrong decision in marrying him, will he show her there is more to him being honest with her about feelings, and can they find happiness in the arrangement made?

I had to force myself to finish this book. The storyline had potential, but the writing is extremely subpar. If you’re looking for spicy, this is not the book. It had 1 scene, that is about 3 sentences.

book club read.
I found this book super hard and cringe-y to read. maybe mafia books aren't for me. But this author writes like a fifth grader and I couldn't bear to read it... but I had to bc you know... book club.
Exhibit A of really bad writing:
"the smell of freshly brewed coffee makes my stomach growl. I hadn't realized I'm hungry til now."
"the stack of clothes waiting for me isn't the same ones that I wore here. When I put them on my hand, they feel unbelievably soft and constructed. These must be expensive."
Why go on a whole two paragraph rant on how rich people eat delicious and expensive food? There was a lot of filler, and redundancy for absolutely no reason. This book could have easily been 30 pages long.
The whole storyline was tragically written. Father of girl gets into debt, big shot mafia boss takes daughter as repayment, then they magically fall in love within a day. then it was like the whole thing of "there is a data leak we need to figure how this man knew about our weekend wedding," all for it to be just a stalker and then the two live happily ever after.
There was no ah-ha moment, there was no descriptions of raunchy s*x scenes, there was not pizazz to this book, and frankly the god-awful writing didn't help either.
This will be the first and last time I read a mafia book, it's not my cup-of-tea, and I definitely won't be reading another book of Bella King's ever again.

The only purpose this book served in my life was to get me 1 book closer to my book goal.
I haven’t read a book this bad in so long, I had to keep putting it down because it was so cringey it read like a wattpad fanfiction written by a minor.

An excellently written story that has drama, suspense, intrigue, thrills, action and also with sweet spicy romance that make the ending a happy ever after one along with outstanding characters as well as being a great page turner makes this a story you won’t want to stop reading.
A Bratva boss goes to get his money from a gambler but winds up meeting the daughter of the man who owes him money, after seeing her he decides to take her instead of killing the man at the time since the man doesn’t have the money, he plans on making her his wife so she can give him an heir.
The daughter is upset that her father would let the Bratva boss take her.
The two have feelings for one another even though they don’t know what they are feeling for sure. The day after the Bratva boss took the daughter he takes her to his casino where they eat and then gamble. The Bratva boss bets the daughter at the roulette table, if he wins she becomes his wife and gives him heirs. He has his right hand man make arrangements for their wedding only giving him a small amount of time to get it ready. They have sex when they get home.
The two get married and soon after the daughter’s father crashes the wedding. The Bratva boss’s guards capture the father and the Bratva boss hits him but stops when he notices the people staring at him. Instead of going to the reception they tend to her father and to the person who told the father about the wedding as well as a potential threat. The daughter uses a gun at the casino.
The couple has sex as well as gets to know each other better. Their feelings get stronger and they start to become closer. The Bratva boss starts to confide in her and winds up telling her about his family that were killed. The couple get information on the threat. Right before they get information on the threat the couple finds out that the wife is pregnant.
The Bratva boss has his right hand man bring the threat to their home which also deals with his past, his family being killed. The Bratva boss takes out the threat.
Everything has changed since the last of the Bratva boss' past is gone, a weight has been lifted off of him. The couple finds out that they are going to be doubly blessed. The Bratva boss wants to keep his wife safe and protected. The couple tell one another that they love each other. The Bratva boss goes back to his regular business but after everything that has happened some of his business practices have changed.
The wife has her babies and now the Bratva boss has his family and an heir. The Bratva boss will keep his family safe as well as protected. The couple loves each other as well as their little family.

DNF: Definitely a No. Was this actually written by Bella King? Ms. King knows the difference between the Russian Bratva and the Italian Mafia. Meaning of Mafia: "an organized international body of criminals, operating originally in Sicily and now especially in Italy and the US and having a complex and ruthless behavioral code."
When the Bratva was referred to as a "Mafia marriage" in the title raised an immediate red flag that isn't an error I would expect from author Bella King. The complete lack of editing and proper sentence structure made me wonder if she even wrote this book. Enter the characters Sage and Viktor who had very little character appeal or development and you had a story that was difficult to get through. Sage sacrificed herself so daddy dearest could live only to have him die within two days of Viktor's surprise appearance and threat of ending her fathers' life. She reminded me of a child in a woman's body who wasn't the least bit appealing. Viktor made it very clear from the first few chapters in this story that all Sage represented was a "brood mare". He was a complete a.....s and had no character appeal. There was no real chemistry or love story, just a futile attempt of another forced marriage with a complete stranger because the MMC needs an incubator for his heirs. All the sex in a book doesn't make up for a good plot and a solid storyline. I need characters that I feel an attachment too, which was not the case in this book.

Arranged Mafia Daddy is Victor and Sage's story. Victor is a handsome Russian Mafia Boss owning several casinos. Mr. Thompson, Sage's dad owes a tremendous amount of money from losing in Victor's casinos. The only way to pay the debt is for Victor to take Sage who is twenty-three, Mr. Thompson's daughter. She is given a choice to marry Victor or Victor will take her dad's life. Victor never loses. Victor and Sage are married and as time goes by he gets to see she is a beautiful strong woman, who stands up for herself and is a quick learner. Sage also sees different sides of Victor. These two grow closer and their feelings stronger.

What a wonderful mafia story. We follow Sage and Victor. He's a Russian mafia boss. And also owns several casinos. He meets Sage when she is given to him as collateral by her father who has run up a huge debt to Victor in one of his casinos by constantly losing. She has a choice to either marry him or her father will lose his life because of Victor. After they get married, feelings arise in both of them and he sees her in a different light and they grow closer to each other. I enjoyed their story and I definitely recommend reading it.

This is a true Bratva Romance story, Viktor the hunky Bratva Boss, & Sage, his decided payment for her father’s Debt. A casino, debts, family pasts back in Russia, some violence, and a few quick deaths. I really enjoyed how this book unraveled, the flames between these 2 were apparent right away, once Viktor’s walls started falling down around Sage, their bond grew, and their love deepened. Throw in a few sweet moments at the end, and the HEA- I enjoyed this afternoon read. Thank you for writing it!.

Not the story I expected? Good storyline, Sage has an arranged marriage to Viktor, Russian Bratva. Her father is in huge debt to Viktor and Sage will now marry Viktor as payment. Sage vows not to make it easy but is developing feelings for Viktor. Can Sage fall in love with him? Viktor is also attracted to Sage but his past still haunts him? Someone unexpected comes from the past?

It was okay
First off the storyline was good but could have been better. There were so many missing words and I almost didn’t finish this book due to the grammatical errors. I know a lot of authors edit their own books these days, but honestly they aren’t doing a great job of it. By Viktor calling Sage darling it made me feel like the book was from the 50’s. Most of the time I forgot he was Russian.

Viktor is a hard character. Has a gruff and rough personality. There is spot of emotional baggage that he has from childhood trauma talked about but not on page.
Sage had a father that gambled as a grief coping mechanism.
As a result he ended up giving his adult daughter away to settle his debts.

I enjoyed this book, the storyline and characters are amazing. Victor and Sage's chemistry was like fire from the start, they are made for each other. There will be suspense, betrayal, secrets, violence, forgiveness, and even love.

it was good
The book was good and I liked the characters and their mannerisms. It was a good read but the flow of the book was kinda quick and choppy and it needs some editing but no one is perfect of course. I did like the book and I was able to finish it and that means it wasn’t bad.

Arranged Mafia Daddy
The story stated out really good . Turned out to have little suspense. The female character needs a little more development. I don't understand how she goes from a rich girl to someone with no problems shooting someone in cold blood. Also she acts like a poor girl getting her first taste of luxury.
A poor editing job is noted throughout.

stopped when the father died
Upset about being forced to marry, two days later immediately following her first forced sexual encounter, the victim falls in love and watches her kidnapper kill her father and nothing. I had to stop reading. I usually like Bella’s book, but not this one

Read in 1 sitting, & also listened on YouTube
This was a great short read/listen. Finished in one sitting. Listened to it on YouTube (Bella King Books). The voices were spectacular, especially the male voice! 🔥🥵 The storyline was pretty straightforward & had an overall good Mafia book storyline. I liked the character development & sarcastic banter between the MMC & FMC.

Great Book!!
Loved reading Arranged Mafia Daddy. This new action packed mafia book was a fast read for me once I started reading it. The chemistry between Sage and Viktor was steamy HOT and I loved the ending.

The title and the blurb had me expecting one thing and it's not what I got. This is the most un-mafia book I've ever read. And it wasn't a arranged marriage. Sage was just paying her father's debt.

The author has given us a heartwarming older man/younger woman story that pulls us into the lives of Viktor and Sage. The story keeps us turning the pages with an arranged marriage, darkness, secrets, action and steam.

A cute story
This was a good story. The H was a crazy mafia boss who basically kidnapped the h because her father owed him a lot of money. This was tame compared to some other stories I have read. The plot and characters were very interesting. I enjoyed it. Good ending.

I’ve read 2 other books from Bella King. I haven’t loved any of them but I think they are fine. This book I read in about 4 hours (I was doing other stuff in between reading). It was almost 3 stars but I felt it was missing something. With that being said it was an easy and fun read.

The story was fairly enjoyable but definitely needed a better proofreader or two. I consistently had to reread sections to figure out what words belonged or should have been omitted.

fun short read
This is a fun, short, low/medium spice Bratva story. Plot and spice are about equal. Nothing over the top just a decent story with decent spice. A good quick read
