Enjoyable romp , Leo is more powerful than a God and the good guys seem to be constantly teetering on the brink of defeat but they always survive and not a single one of Leo's companions dies which is unbelievable as they are constantly outnumbered by superior opponents , Leo seems a bit haphazard in the use of some of his AOA spells and the airship.looked to have been forgotten about until the end , I'll read the next book as I'm curious what acts of divine intervention save them.
The start of the series was solid and interesting, but with the addition of advanced tech and the invaders it's gotten dull. Things change without warning, Leo has stopped using a bow despite it being his most powerful skill set. He no longer uses his mana sense. Many many phrases were repeated, sometimes on the same page. Every fight had a "we're losing! No we're not!" situation. Right now, I don't think I'll continue the series, it's far too tedious to slog through at the moment.
While Saving All the Races, Alien Invaders Must Die!
Leo, with the help of all the Races except for the Dwarves, fight off the Alien invasion. The battles are intense and casualties high, but only winning is the only option! The Dwarves are to head strong to join with their neighbors, the rest of the races, and are getting their back-sides wiped. The battle connecting to the next book is going to be massive.
Another really good read. Every book in this series has been amazing and intense.
I found this installment to be "jump the shark" level challenge. The problem with an OP character is you want to have them struggle, but then all the support people around them either get killed or in this case advanced technology and weapons are added and individual power and levels become irrelevant. It's becoming more a sci-fi fantasy and less RPG, and I'm still enjoying it.
Wow! It just gets better and better! More action in this book than in a James Bond Marathon! We get to be introduced to some of the Aliens. We get to see what upgrades can do! It is getting very intense now, can Leo and his Friends survive? I guess we will see what happens in the next book!
Craig is a great writer and I generally enjoy his work. This series started off good but the editing just keeps getting worse and worse as the series goes on. Spelling errors, a character that dies and 50 pages later seems alive and well, enough errors that it throws off the flow at times. This series could have been so much better.
Great book awesome read I like the characters especially the mc Leo I wish he better equipped people his best should get powers suit too at least is potential romantic companion
Good chapter of this LitRPG apocalypse saga. Addition of technology Weapons was well done. Geographic control seems small, only 500 Mike radius, for his power level.
