Thank you to Voracious Readers Only for a copy of this quick erotic tale.
Even though this story did not grab me and it took me a little to read, the author’s writing was fantastic. I had to give it the full five stars. A little eroticism and a little of a love story. With all the dramas in between. Another writer I will be reading more of.

I was provided a copy of this book in return for an honest review.

I found this book quite hard to get into, the author's prose and writing style were not to my liking, this does not mean it won't appeal to other readers however. Things I found took my attention away from the story where the jumps in time as well as in the first part of the book it appeared we went back in time in a memory from the MMC, but the memory itself was told from the perspective of both characters.

Overall this was a standard erotic fiction with fairly low-key kink (mostly dirty talk) and overall very safe in terms of triggers.

The baseline of the book is great. However, I was unable to enjoy it.
There is a lot of description, which, in my opinion, is an overkill and in the wrong places, which probably added to my feeling of the story jumping one minute it's the present, then it's 3 years ago and they've already done what we haven't read yet.
It's probably the first book I've recently read that's in 3rd person, and it threw me, and I struggled to follow it very well.

Fabulous

I loved this story. Its much better than most erotic novellas because it actually holds strong characters with personality and reads just like a shortened book. I didn't feel cheated out of a story by too much erotica. It was a perfect balance and a well scheduled pay off.

This was an interesting read. It reads in the third person and follows Julia and her relationship with Carlo. This was hard for me to follow although this was a good story.

I received a complimentary copy of this book from Voracious Readers Only.
