I had to read this book after reading the first by the author: My NDEFROMAtoZ. This book was amazing because the author used the table of contents to go into very specific lessons and experiences. I had a friend whose son was killed, and I would send her little excerpts that were powerful and gave insight even though I'd only sent a paragraph or two. I would say this book is just as visually stunning in terms of describing otherworldly experiences, but this one has a lot of deep life lessons that are life changing. Sometimes it's hard to handle life, but if we know spiritual truths and laws and believe them, they help us to go directly into healing. Without an understanding I can go in cirlces for months trying to get a handle on the experience. For me, this book gives a foundation of how to view life. Nothing can come into my life that wasn't meant to bring me a lesson that leads to more love, for instance. The book states that, and for me, it rings true, so it saves me from asking "why me" for months, and I can just move on and start the healing process. This and more is what the book did for me. I highly recommend it to anyone searching for truths that help them build their own perspectives.
