Rate this book
Join three fun loving couples as they each encounter their own unique "stuck together" situation that leaads to a HEA. These standalone stories are heartwarming, closed-door romances that wlll make you smile and maybe even lol once or twice.

Book 1
Locked in a storage room with my brother's best friend, was never my plan.

Returning home to Sumner Falls wasn't my choice either, but I couldn't say no to an old friend.

Minutes after crossing the threshold into town there he was, and there I went...

I nearly rear-ended another car when I spotted Chad, my teenage secret crush, strolling down the sidewalk.

I didn't know it then, but I was about to crash for real...into a fake relationship with Chad, for the sake of my brother and my own reputation.

Stuck together with no food, no phone and a cot for one was not how I imagined a night alone with Chad Gallagher.

Now we're forced into a charade that will leave me either hating Chad or loving him even more.

Book 2
Trust is not an easy concept for me, Colby Sommers, thanks to my ex.

It's been three years and I still can't open my heart to another man.

Daniel Franklin, a.k.a. Mr. Tall Dark and Handsome New Neighbor, may just be the one to melt my icy heart.

Just when I agree to let down my guard, in walks the gold digger ex-wife, crashing our impromptu dinner date.

What was I thinking? I cannot trust Daniel or any man.

Plus, his son DJ was just assigned to my class. Dating a student's parent could put my job in jeopardy.

Now I'm stuck together with Daniel coordinating the third grade science fair.

He is determined to win my trust, while I have resolved to keep my distance and not get hurt.

I deserve to be happy and find love again but that will require a leap of faith.

I just don't know if my heart is ready for the risk.

Book 3No cell service, a stray puppy, a snowstorm, and my best friend's runaway bride - not the weekend I had planned.

I was never a big fan of the Bella/Robert relationship.

I had her pegged as a selfish user.

And never did I know Robert to be unfaithful.

Six days stranded with Bella I now see I am a pessimistic grump and a poor judge of character.

And Bella, she is a compassionate, trusting woman who puts everyone else before herself.

I don't want this time together with her to end, but did I go too far?

After what she has been through, she may never trust me again.

A second snowstorm just might be my second chance.

Each book is a standalone romance with its own HEA. All clean. Great way to get multiple great books at once.
I received a copy of each individual book from the author. Review voluntarily given.

Happy Endings

I enjoyed each story but had to wade through too much cursing. Bertie Stein tells great stories....just wish she'd write some without the bad language.

I read each of these as they were first published and enjoyed this second reading. The stories are lighthearted romance with humor and a few twists. I found them to be enjoyable.
