Quickie Review: What an absolutely fabulous read. I was entranced the entire book with all things Gabriella and Dimitri. I loved seeing the bits and pieces of their story and remembering it from the previous books of the series. When this happens, it’s always so special to me. But this was one story that I truly feared for what was the come for Dimitri. How would he survive the Bratva if he was found out? How would he have a relationship with Gabriella if he went back to the FBI? For the life of me I couldn’t come up with a plausible scenario that would end in a happy ending. But I should have trusted the process. Because I was just completely blown away. All in all a fabulous read!! 5 Stars.

It's been an absolute pleasure to read this amazing series. I knew that after the surprising ending in dark consequences, that dark truths would be gull if suspense, secrets and some cheek blushing scenes. It was. I'm always hesitant about reading series because of the fear the story will flop a book of two in but it is most definitely not the case with this author. I can't wait to read more of your amazing stories

Gabriella finds herself inexplicitly drawn to Dimitri. As the daughter of a mafia head, she finds herself in a potentially compromising position. Dimitri is second to a rival mafia family but cannot seem to leave his new found obsession alone. Can Dimitri and Gabriella survive or will Dimitri's secrets be the demise of two families?

I really enjoyed this book. I loved that there was push and pull between the characters and that they actually have to continually fight to be together. I am a sucker for a good, dark Mafia romance novel as well. While this book is the conclusion of a trilogy, I did not feel like I missed out by reading it as a stand alone.

The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is because there were chunks of story that were repeated a couple of times and I just found it distracting to the whole story.

Overall, I would still recommend this book for someone looking for dark romance, Mafia/forbidden love, touch her and *poof*, as well as secret identities.

PLEASE check trigger warnings before diving into this book as some of the non-mentioned themes can be very triggering to readers!

Gabriella DiAngelo and Dimitri Volkov's dark story. Make sure you check trigger warnings before you start reading this intense journey. Dimitri and Gabriella are worlds apart as far as background goes.

They definitely bring an exciting, intense, gritty, dramatic, chaotic story that's hard to put down. This author always brings stories that consume her readers and leave them always wanting more.

This dark mafia romance had the perfect amount of steam for me. It had a good story line that kept me interested between the spice which is a must for me. It can be a standalone but is part of an interconnected series with other family members stories so it may spoil some things if read first. The characters were likeable and definitely had you rooting for their forbidden romance. It had all the things you could want in a mafia romance, steam, tension, secrets, meddling mafia families, dangerous situations, as well as a sexy tattooed grumpy MMC who falls HARD. I would definitely recommend this book to any of my friends who need some spice with a story line and don’t want to wait until over half way through the book to see those chili peppers!

I'm rounding up on the stars for this one - I'd like to give it 3.5
I was looking forward to reading Gabriella and Dmitri's story, especially with the way Dark Consequences ended and, while I enjoyed this, I felt there was a little too much recap of everyone else's story. It takes place during the same timeline as the first two books, and there were some very minor plot inconsistencies, which are easy to overlook due to the action, drama, and secrets unraveling throughout the book. Overall, the story was engaging. I'm looking forward to Enzo and Evie's book next!

Well , well , well this has to be the complete best out of this series so far there was something so magical about Gabriella and Dimitri love story as chaotic and dark as it was , it was so beautiful at the same time . This book was definitely edge of your seat with so many secrets, In this story but also from the other two books coming to light and when it comes out the world comes crashing down , but there's more to it with another book coming and I cannot wait for more from the series hands down amazing .

Great addition to the series !

This is book 3 in the Dark Angels series of interconnected standalone dark romances. This is an emotional story with interesting characters trying to live life the best they can. I loved the back and forth as well as the overall storyline. It was intense, brimming with twists, spicy in all the best ways. I loved this angsty romance. I thoroughly enjoyed Gabriella and Dimitri's hard fought love story and happily ever after. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

This was so good. I really enjoyed this book alot.

Dimitri was so dark, and unhinged, but also he had a soft side to him that I absolutely loved.

He was determined to give Gabriella what she wanted, because it was what he wanted to.

The spice was perfect and the chemistry between these two was truly captivating.

I definitely would recommend this book if you love Dark romance with a hint of warm and fuzzy. 🥰

Wow!! There is so much to say about this book but I don’t want to spoil it for people. This book was by far my favorite of the Dark Angel series. Dimitri and Gabriella are the hottest couple and some of those chapters had me blushing! 😜 The chapter they are at The Playground for the masquerade was absolute gold! 🥵

You can read this book as a standalone BUT I highly recommend you read Dark Choices and Dark Consequences before reading this one.

This is the third book in the series that highlights Gabriella and Dimitri's story. Dark Mafia with lot of good spice throughout the book. Dimitri holds a lot of secrets but he can't help but fall for Gabriella after trying to stay away from her. This book will have you crying one moment, mad the next, and then on the edge of your seat because of a huge twist. I loved that the characters from the previous books were in this as well!

I enjoyed this last installment of the Dark Angel's series. There was lots of action, secrets, betrayal, emotions, and spice. I loved Gabriella and Dimitri's chemistry! This book is told in 3 parts and overlaps timing with the first 2 books. It did get a bit repetitive, and there were some minor timing and plot inconsistencies, but overall, it was enjoyable. I hope we get more stories from this universe in the future.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌶️🌶️🌶️ read for me! This is a dark mafia romance with the perfect blend of spice! The tension between Gabriella and Dimitri with the secrets, family interference and choices that must be made I didn't think they would make it. The author brought it together brilliantly! I loved Dimitri's grumpy nature but he also fell hard which I loved! As always check triggers! The plot was fast paced and I couldn't put it down!

I have not read the other 2 books in this series. This is an interconnected standalone, and I did not feel lost while reading this. The author did a good job at tying the other books into this book. I did not miss a beat. I still want to go back and read the other 2 books.
I loved the characters! I am a Mafia romance girly. This book kept me at the edge of my seat, especially towards the end of the book. I can't wait to read the next book in the series.

A dark mafia romance that's the third in a series, I recommend reading the first two before starting this one even though it can be read as a standalone and check your trigger warnings. This is Gabriella and Dimitri's story and takes place along the same timeline as the other books, so there is some recap of previous couples, but it's an overall good book with lots of action

The first have in parts 1 and 2 they happen at same time as the fist two books. There kinda of lot of recapping not a fan. Then the second half of the book was new. I have not been a fan of cop/fbi involvement in story. This one was not bad at all with that.

I enjoyed this entire series, but this one was my favorite. The timeline of this book was set in the same timeframe of the first two books. I loved this couple and the dynamic between these two and the overall storyline. Another great mafia read.

the best out of the series. it being twice as long really helped, the plot wasn’t rushed. it actually had time to develop and to draw readers in. was good enough that I’m considering reading Enzo’s book when it comes out, rather than putting K. Boozer on my authors to avoid reading list.

Good read. Enjoyed this one. He has a lot of secrets that will do him under. She will fight to keep him. How will he work through this and go back to the FBI? or can he. The ending was just what was needed for this story. Good job
