What could be so hard about unlocking the heart of a Hollywood big shot? It’s my job, after all—I’m his life coach.
Liam Wright is my biggest headache—err, client—yet. Sure, his mom forced him into it, worried he’ll never settle down. But I was all set to find him true love.
Problem is, Liam isn’t buying what I’m selling. Not even a little. He’d rather flip the script.
Now, he’s paying me to pose as his girlfriend, a performance to keep his mom happy. Yep, we’re knee-deep in mommy issues. And I’m just his prop.
But soon, every staged kiss starts to feel alarmingly real. Are we just playing our parts too well? Because if his touches are all fake, then he deserves an Oscar.
A love story with heart and heat! Open-door contemporary romance (4/5 🌶️—sweet moments? Plenty! Fade-to-black? Nope.) Includes emotionally intense themes and danger elements—but rest assured, love wins and they get their happily ever after!
Sarah Towns writes about men you shouldn’t want—but oh, you do.
Her books are packed with tension that smolders, banter that bites, and that delicious moment when you’re yelling “Just kiss already!”—and then they do. Steamy, swoony, and emotionally satisfying, her romances are for readers who love the build, crave the payoff, and expect their happily-ever-afters with a hefty side of open-door heat.
Sarah lives in a no-stoplight town in Washington, where her imagination roams freer than her Wi-Fi signal. When her mind kept wandering to fictional kisses during office meetings, she figured it was time to let her characters out—and she hasn't looked back since.

This book is pure guilty pleasure! Liam, a stubborn billionaire, gets stuck with a life coach (ugh, I know) but Chloe is anything but boring. Their fake-dating agreement takes a HOT turn, and let me tell you, the chemistry sizzles! I wasn't sure if it was just Liam or Chloe's "mind tricks," but man, oh man, did they make me want to fan myself! If you're looking for a quick, steamy romance with a bit of humor, then "It's Not All Fake" definitely delivers!
This book is about a life coach and a wealthy guy who seems to be living a life that is lacking. The book started strong, as the two main characters started getting to know each other. Little by little, more details about the two come out, some interesting, some thrown in without having the significance explained. The last 25% of the book dragged for me so I ended up skimming it. Wish the whole book would have been as good as the first half.
Life coach meets billionaire results in a cute story with a zany cast of characters. Not a lot of steam despite there being several sex scenes. And the cyber representation wasn’t quite right - but, srsly, an A for effort and even trying.
Definitely over the top romance, tho, so if you’re looking to swoon at all the HEA like feels, definitely snag this dopamine hit.
His mother wants him to marry but he is not interested and now she is supposed to help him. He has no intentions of getting a girlfriend but he will ask her to be his fake girlfriend. At times she wonders if they are faking it? Are they? Are they meant for each other? What will happen for them? See how they get on
Good story. Lots of sex in the middle of it. I wish the characters were more open with each other: that she’d have asked where they were in the relationship. If he’d been more in tune with his own feelings and desires, it would have been a different story!
I loved this story. The chemistry and emotional depth to the characters was so honest and I could feel everything they felt. If you want a romance novel with incredible depth, this would be it.
