This town and its secrets almost killed Blaize. But he can't stop digging until all the mysteries are solved.
***From the creators of the "Moms Who Lie" series, the fourth and final book in "The Turquoise Mist Thrillers", a 4-book Mystery Thriller series with twisty plots, relatable characters, and JAW-DROPPING CLIFFHANGERS.*** The stressed out teen is recovering from being stabbed. He just learned a terrible secret about his family's history. And the murders in his Arizona ghost town just keep piling up.
Everybody he trusted has betrayed him at least once, starting with his parents. Apparently the wild stories that he had chalked up to his mom's mental illness are actually true. The town seems to be cursed and he feels like he's the only one who can end the cycle of death and misery that surrounds him.
He teamed up with some friends and they were starting to make progress toward the truth. But then it all fell apart when he lied to Summer, the girl he's falling for. He was trying to protect her, but now his friends have abandoned him and he's in trouble with the police.
He's all alone.
Now another body has turned up. Somebody with a history as twisted and complicated as his own.
Can Blaize solve the mysteries and restore relationships with his friends and family, or will the curse of his hometown consume him?

Deadly Blaize: Turquoise Mist Thrillers Book 4, my nineth read from authors Brett Monk & McKenna Langford and the thrilling conclusion to their Turquoise Mist Thrillers series. An entertaining, enjoyable, and suspenseful 372-page read, that reads so much longer as does all of Brett Monk & McKenna Langford's work. If you enjoyed their Moms Who Lie series you'll like this and if you like this type of read take a look at Whispers In The Dark by Calum France. “I received a Kindle copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review." The gifting of this book did not affect my opinion of it. I'll definitely be reading more from these authors. (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).
This was 4.5 stars rounded up. What a great series! This was kind of a surprise to me, as I read the first book for a reading challenge that directed me to read a book from my home state. So, it was an accidental love for me and then I was hooked and had to read the entire series from start to finish. I loved all of them...and I am so happy all the mysteries and questions came together very neatly wrapped with a big, fat bow. Great characters that I will miss, fantastic conclusion, and lots of impressive surprises. Definitely a good, yet interesting, YA thriller.
Great series but. Its best to start with the prequel then books 1, 2, & 3. You will understand the story in this book better. Character development is great. Plot is exciting. If you hate cliff hangers better start the series once they are all available and get them all. Brett Monk and McKenna Langford are a writing team you will grow to love but as I said, if cliff hangers aren't your cup of tea, wait and buy the series as a whole set! You will be glad you did
