"Shadows lurk in the darkness, preying on hundreds of women—women who have one hidden thing in common.
A young woman witnesses the unsettling disappearance of her high school principal and soon finds herself facing a harrowing decision.
Two friends find themselves facing a power that threatens not only their lives, but the lives of thousands more. One is fighting her own shadows from past decisions. The other is followed by a lurking adversary who nearly killed her five years before. She begins to connect a series of events, and a frightening realization comes to they face a power that cannot be fought with guns or weapons. I read this book in about 4 hours!! I usually don't like thriller books, but when I saw it was from Parker J Cole, I had to read it! She is a great author and I have read her other books!

With that being said, this book deals with a topic no one ever discusses - abortion. Written from a totally different point of view, the plot is dark and menacing. I loved the story, the characters and how all of it developed.

If you like good, clean thrillers this book is for you! You won't be able to put it down.

Dark Cherub is a gripping novel with well developed, intriguing characters and a
compelling story line that explores the unfortunate consequences of the notion of
"choice".

If you're drawn to sunshine and light Christian fare, this one may not be for you.
But if you like truth and gritty reality, you'll find it fascinating.

Expect more exciting writing to come from this interesting up and coming
young author!

A story that makes you wonder about the evil of humanity, its morality and self-righteousness, and its hope. Christian speculative fiction, including Christian horror, is my genre as a writer, and Cole did it well. Dark Cherub is an intricate story of friendship, hatred, the evilness of Satan and the love of God. A very enjoyable read.

This is the first book I've read of Parker J. Cole's and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. I love suspense and dramatic writing and her spiritual insight intrigued me. I must say it was an intensely dark and nail-biting experience, but it had me gripped; HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I will definitely be reading more of Parker's books.

Christian Horror is a genre I am not familiar with, but Parker J. Cole's book pushed me closer to liking the unfamiliar. The strange characters and dark themes were intriguing and kept me turning the pages until the end.

I was hooked from the start. I really became interested in the characters! This was good Christian horror that had me very afraid at some of the terrifying events in the story. Well-written and different from what I usually read! Highly recommended!

Excellent debut novel! Parker J. Cole has a gift of seeing things that would, otherwise, plague the mind and show the forgiving nature of Jesus Christ our Lord. Great Read!
